Player Cristian Romero

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

"He can't change nuffink, er if tomorrow Romero is on the stadium or not." - De Zerbi

"If the presence or absence of your captain is of no significance, he shouldn't be your captain." - Wee

Well I made sure he took his meds with him to Argentina. Make sure you complete the full course of tablets Cristian, you’ll need to. If you don’t, you will be a cunt, you will remain a cunt and you will end up eating jelly and ice cream with Judas. Oh, nearly forgot, cunt.

All Spurs fans don't get conned by the media who hates your club and has NEVER spoken about all the disgusting decisions the corrupt refs & PGMOL have done to Tottenham over the season. They want you to turn on your own players rather than see the big picture, that Michael Oliver will try his hardest to get Spurs relegated by crooked means!

Happily see the back of him this summer. Poor injury and awful disciplinary records. Terrible decision for him to be captain. This latest debacle is the final straw

It's I would be highly reluctant to thrust a teenager into our defence
That's partially why we are where we are. Relying too much on kids in key areas for two seasons straight

I'd say our problem has been relying on two CBs who can only play 1 season combined (on average), a GK who has been a liability, and a medical team that has a kink for murdering our creative players

Our younger players haven't let us down when called upon

His agent's quotes make no sense. Sounds like complete damage limitation and PR guff.

Why the urgency for Romero to go back to Argentina this week before Sunday's pivotal league game? If the Argentinian medical staff had been over at Spurs working with him, why did he need to fly back to Argentina this week? Couldn't it have waited until after Sunday? He could have flown first thing Monday morning. Fucking hell, he could have flown sunday night straight after the game?

No it makes no sense at all. The Argentinian NT are not even at camp yet. The only logical reason that Romero rushed back to Argentina this week, is because he wanted to watch Belgarmo play this weekend. And now there's been an uproar, his agent is saying he won't be going to the game. LOL. They must think we are all fucking idiots.

Surely, whatever medical shit he needed to get in Argentina, could have waited until after Sunday? Surely the most important part of the whole situation, is him being at the stadium sunday to support the team. Everything else should have been moulded around that.

It's all bollocks. He's been caught bang to rights and now his agent is trying to blag it.
