He gave Timo Werner a contract
Fucking incredible isn't it.
The meanest man in football for a quarter of a century.
Apart from when it came to his own remuneration.
I'd be amazed if he didn't get a visit off Marley's ghost on Christmas Eve.
is this another one of those "everything that tottenham did whilst he was here is Daniel Levy except for the good stuff" paradigms

I’m not a fan of Levy as far as his stewardship of the club goes but do you know anything about what The Tottenham Hotspur Foundation does?
You should retire undefeated after that comment Ma'am!
Post of the year ! Well played Mrs P.
You do realise he was more than handsomely rewarded to do good stuff . So doing the odd good thing in 25 years is nothing he should be lauded for .is this another one of those "everything that tottenham did whilst he was here is Daniel Levy except for the good stuff" paradigms

Companies the size of Spurs / ENIC have pressure to do CSR , very difficult not to . He showed his colours imho when he tried to furlough the staff during Covid .Sure - the world is a wonderful kind place because of all the millionaires doing good stuff. Weird how Tottenham is a deprived area, what with all the other millionaires in the area chipping in.
It's bonkers that some of you withhold any credit at all for things that are not at all default or normal.

Maybe a while back , I’m pretty chilled since he got shitcanned

You’re probably a fan of David Lammy. Why don’t you see how he regards it?
(in fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if he instigated the award).
Honestly if people can’t separate the footballing Levy and what he’s done for the Tottenham and the local area against all other government help, both local and National then that’s on them. He’s the man who had to have an interview in the evening standard appealing to Khan for any mayoral help with regeneration in the area. They just weren’t interested. I dread to think of what Tottenham would be like without the club there driving on improving it. Like it or lump it, Levy was a large part of that.
apparently it's not altruistic if you're already being paid a wage though and working for a big company

I mean he was doing it to benefit the club too of course, which in turn pays him. But the level of regeneration had to go beyond that. People are ignorant generally.
