It’s indeed sad but no one should be excused for dangerous driving, he could have killed someone.

We do not know what really happened. He was not drunk but ended up in the central reservation. The Police arrested him for dangerous driving as they did not know what happened but needed to investigate. He has been released without charge. We will have to wait to see if he gets charged but at the moment it is just speculation. What evidence the Sun have it was high speed was not shown. Whatever we think of Danny Rose he must be considered innocent until at least charged with any offence.
