Pretty much. Then again, he has managed Clyne, Walker, Shaw and Rose who all have talent.
Pretty sure he oversaw Rose, Clyne and Shaw's England call ups - how many in total has he been involved with now? Kane, Rose, Dele, Dier, Lallana, Clyne, Shaw? Any more?
Also Mason, J. Rodriguez, Bertrand, Chambers.
AND RICKIE LAMBERT. He actually got Lambert to the WCs and a well paid move to Liverpool. I mean the others are young and have alot of potential, but Rickie Lambert.

I'm sure he's also got other players their first caps or into their national team squads with other clubs too. Jose Fonte for example who was playing in League Two only a few years back got his first cap for Portugal under Pochettino and ended up winning the European Championships!
Schneiderlin too. He got his 1st Snr Cap couple of weeks before Poch left the feeders.

Fucking England man. And I'd be well posed off with him if I was poch. Why play through the pain in a mostly unimportant game? Luckily Davies is a more than adequate back up and gives us the defensive stability. Who would come in for him at LB though as we have the cup games during this period?
Also think we could now see nkoudou more than first expected as without rose we don't have the pace and width on the left that he offers. (Although Davies has shown some pretty nifty attackig qualities in the past)

If there is a problem with Rose then fuck you very much Luke Shaw, you let your country down you fat cunt. Shaw pulled himself out of the England squad because "he didn't feel right". He hopes to be playing this weekend!!!
His absence from the England squad meant Rose was the ONLY LB. The attitude of Rose has always been that of a 100% committed player. He gives Spurs is all and is now showing that commitment for England too.
Shaw on the other hand lacks this commitment to his country.
Luke Shaw is a Man Utd player, of course he pulled out of the non-glamour tie only to rock up fit as a fiddle next domestic match, it's in that club's DNA

Wenger get's all the plaudits for what he brought to English, but what did he bring? Walcott and Wilshire.
We were playing push and run in the 60's.
There are just over 30% of English players playing in the PL, and it is getting smaller.
