Yeah, Defoe actually slammed the reports that he wanted to leave. It was never my interpretation that he wanted to anyways, it was just the media jumping all over his desire to play more. He wants to play more at Tottenham, and who can blame him. It was one thing last season when he couldn't hit a barn door, but now that he's got a great strike rate this season, he wants to play.

If he did in fact want to move, or asked to move, then that didn't actually reach the public realm. What did come out was journalistic color.

One thing I really like about F365 is how they react skeptically to transfer rumours based on funny calculations. Hence:
