Player Dejan Kulusevski

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Lol it is so fucking easy to see that a lot of our players are terrible but that the coach is also not very good. It's been true of Manchester United for years, hardly a tricky concept to get your head round.

The few players of actual quality in our squad do consistently stand out (went fit) as actually being quality, or at least stand out as having real potential.

But yeah let's give a bunch of average another 'fresh start' under another new coach .. yawn.
Who are these quality players?

I tend to agree... he looks miles off it at the moment... but who plays there instead? We have three fit midfielders and none of them are tens so Kulu will most likely play there.
Ange would never do it but at this point I'd move to a 4-4-2 just to get us to the final.

Either of Sarr, Bentancur or Biss can fill in in the middle. Let Tel and Wilson play as the wingers and you can pair Dom/Richy with either Kulu or Johnson. Dejan's played in that role for Sweden so it wouldn't be that uncomfortable for him.

The poster Darkshadow seems to be suggesting that Kulu is exhausted because of over use. I am simply saying that he has had 7 weeks off so how can he still be exhausted. How much time does he need to feel less tired? It just seems like people are continuing to make any excuse they can to defend him

It’s about conditioning. Players aren’t exhausted or burnt out in pre season but they aren’t conditioned to play PL football yet because they haven’t played for a while.

Exactly the same happened to Maddison and VDV when they came back last year. Son and Sarr to some degree as well.

Just think of Kulusevski as being 2 weeks into pre season

He was not out for that long and don’t think he needed surgery afaik. Few games missed so he should be fit. Don’t they always say that by now players a basically fit just match fitness.

Lol what he wasn't out for that much time at all. Pre season?!?! Jeeeeze the excuses..

Guy has spent his entire Spurs career in the same cycle of some good form, awful period and people still do this shit.

Sell.
