I think having more about him than players like Son, Richarlison, Moura really says more about them than it does about him.
I agree that he has some ability, but he’s a a plodder, and he also bumbles a fair bit, coughs up the ball too easily at times, does quite a lot of pretty meh stuff, and is very lethargic when it comes to off the ball work.
Let’s not forget he was getting dropped for poor performances before his injury and since coming back he’s been pretty shit (not quite Son shit, but pretty shit).
He also struggled to get game time at Juve.
