Player Dejan Kulusevski

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Bar probably Solanke he's our most consistent player this season definitely our most consistent midfielder...I don't see him hiding unlike some but let me not speak...

He spends more time hiding than most. There are 16 players in our squad that average seeing more ball than him, including two keepers (Brandon Austin in his only game saw 0.3 less of the ball than Kulusevski averages.

I've pointed it out constantly in games match threads and given you examples. He doesn't want the ball under pressure. Unlike Maddison and Bissouma, for example, who both make more effort tom show for team mates who need an out ball.

He's also fucking useless at tracking and helping the defence out, even when played as a midfielder, he can't tackle to save his life and tried to give a penalty away every other fuckin game game.

You keep spouting this consistency bollocks but, who, in terms of the remit they are given to perform is actually less consistent in delivering what they are supposed to? Dragusin? And Kulusevski's got the easiest remit in this team, he gets to float around like a turtle in a fucking windsock doing flicks and what not. He sees less ball, does less defensive work, contributes less to transitions in both directions and produces less per 90 (goals and assists) than Son, Solanke, Maddison - the other attacking/creative players in the side. Goals and assists aren't everything, but as I said, he's seeing less ball than everyone in the team and 6 others, his pre assist (xthreat/xchain) contribution isn't great either.

He's been contributing nothing to games for weeks now. Nice goal today, 3 fucking goals and 80 minutes too fucking late. Just look through this thread, I'm not the only one who doesn't think he's the genius spunkbread you do.

What a goal today! I struggle to think of other players in the world capable of that!
If all the players were as good as him we would not have lost.

Pretty sure, out of the 6 key passes made by our side he made 5 of them..... he created a shit tonne more than Maddison yesterday. I am a fan of Maddison BTW, for the most part..... not so much Bissouma, but definitely Maddison.

But without Kulu yesterday we literally create nothing.

I agree with you but honestly & he did have a great finish but it wasn't enough...

Yeah I'm not reading this thanks but just a question...who in your mind is the most consistent player in the team?

Ignoring your key pass point because, as I have said and demonstrated many times, it is a fairly meaningless stat as it carries no qualitative value, Kulusevski actually had an above average XA yesterday (double his xa90 for the season) of 0.53. Which was almost certainly from the one good quality chance he made. It was still less than Mikey Moore’s XA 0.55 (again I would imagine largely from the goal he made).

Aside from that, my argument wasn’t about yesterday’s game in isolation. It as rebutting the fact that others hide from the ball and he doesn’t, and that he is our most “consistent” performer.

How would you know if you haven’t read it?

I just read it briefly and stopped at the two names you mentioned, actually if they're your picks then respectfully let's just leave it there

Canadian Lol GIF

Because he did read it, he was just trying to be smug and dismissive but as usual making himself look like a complete twat.

Hello friend, long time no see.

Speaking of making yourself look like a complete twat

Nothing. Spence isn’t very good. That’s why he was playing Championship football.

Errol Spence would be more fucking use than this guy.

Just get rid and we can all move on.

Gray could have a future here. Spence has none.

I said it last week, there’s a player in there, he’s just a work in progress.

We didn't get an answer from you about this did we...:harrylol:

Check those mirrors yeah :sonpoint:

Oh bless, you’ve been saving that little nugget for a while haven’t you? Get in the right thread at least.
Doesn’t address why you laughably pretend not to read posts directed at you when you spend pretty much half your life posting here then responding to them.

I spend pretty much half my life posting here but yet at the same time keep referencing the fact I lose my password and I log out when we lose and go missing...so which argument are you going to stick with?

You're a bit of an idiot aren't you, no offence. :sonlol:

Well that was your excuse for disappearing after spouting a load of cobblers wasn’t it? Pardon me for quoting your own bullshit.

You’re definitely an idiot but you’re also a snidey little shit which sort of makes your idiocy even less palatable.

No offence.

Eye test for me shows he's a good player but inconsistent. Also last few games like the whole squad he looks like he's running on fumes. Challenges that at the start he was bouncing people off he just ain't anymore.

Like the entire "fit" starting 11 looks exhausted

Eye test for me shows he's a good player but inconsistent.

Boom.

He is the absolute definition of inconsistent. Inconsistent within most games - ie can have good moments but then go awol or be totally dogshit for the rest of the game, inconsistent over a number of games - ie ok/good one game then meh or dogshit for one, two or more games, inconsistent over his whole career - ie good at Parma, then shit at Juve, good for first six months here, then shit for the next 12 months, then patchy since.

Calling him "consistent" is nearly as wrong as when someone called him "fast and direct" or a "genius".
