I think it depends how quickly he is physically fit, and then add on say 6 weeks to get 'match fit'
From now (when he's only fit enough for gym work) it might be on the optimistic side to say he's fit in mid September (after end of the September international window - some months ago he said that was his aim) and add on 6 weeks gets to start of November.
So I'd guess any time in November or December might be a good guess atm
Why is he sitting down? Doing the ski erg while seated is hardly deserving of the beast title.

It is an air dyne bike which most people use seated, with his feet up it can be a struggle. Unsure what resistance he has it on though but likely very difficult for most people.
