Part of me thinks this injury will end up being a blessing in disguise for him, he's been drastically overworked this season and it's shown in his performance. In fact compared to the player he was for the first third of last season he's been poor ever since, now hopefully we HAVE to go out and get another full back, helping us get the best out of him.

Not too sure about Ange bringing in the medical staff .
If he has any clout - and there is a problem with the medical staff - he'd replace them. Even if Ange doesn't know who to recruit, he should be able to make it happen, and engage people who do know what they are doing. Ange is in charge of the playing side, of which the medical team is absolutely part.
Ange will have zero control over who is employed in the medical team. We can blame him for a lot of things but not that.
The squad depth and style of play is the fucking problem and not the training!!!
I definitely think squad depth is causing issues now because we don't have the bodies to rotate so the load on the bodies is more than they have trained for.
The style of play should be something most of them have physically adapted to by now.
