Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

He has only just turned 22... he is still learning his craft... he's had a bit of a stop start season so lets see how it progresses... I accept he ball watches too much and opposition players run off him but that can be fixed by watching games back and how opposition players got in behind. If he is still doing this stuff in 26/27 season then it's a problem... right now, his power, and relentless running will give opposing teams problems... I can put up with a few brain farts.

He's been doing it since he got here and has made no concerted effort to put it right. It's pure laziness as he has no problem busting a gut going in the other direction. He simply doesn't want to do it and he's shown he won't.

He's horrendously defensively. No awareness or reading of the game.

He doesn't contribute anything in attack either.

He's a big powerful lad, but that's about it.

Technically he's not good at all.

He has no ability to put in a decent cross or shot. He just has a one dimensional smash it across the face of goal / cut back.

People talk about injuries but he's been like this for 18 months now.

Not writing him off because he is playing under Ange after all.

But it's interesting to see how much better Spence is playing out of position at LB than Udogie is in his best position.

Spence has put in better performances at LB the last few weeks than Udogie has in his whole career here.

I think many were guilty of overrating him when he first joined, got a bit too excited.

It's not unusual for young players to have extended dips in form. My main concerns are that he needs to improve by a large amount in quite a few parts of his game.

A change of manager and system should help him.

your opinion sucks donkey balls.

It’s been up and down sure but there have been a fucktonne of injuries you may have noticed. We beat City a couple of times and Liverpool once when they were almost full strength and we had a crèche on the bench. The team needs consistent availability of players.
Playing angeball you need your best team out on the pitch every week. Thats not going to happen with ange. Theres going to be injuries so ye have to be able to cope.

My big problem is that Ange seems to have conditioned us to accept losing and being 2nd best.
His holier than thou attitude last year v city to stop woolwich, that we need to win every game no matter what it means is seems to have disappeared when hes saying he played players to give them minutes to get fit now
