Udogie wasn't as great last season as some of our fans seem to remember.Given the youth of Udogie and signs last season I'd still give him a bit of time, but I agree with the gist and definitely on Ndombele, what a waste of space he was!

I see a young tree that under better guidance, and coaching can grow. Not sure how anyone can write off any young player under this shit show. We don’t have any money for transfers it seems this summer and already struggle to get 1 in as competition let alone now needing 2 if we offloaded him. Far more pressing issues than Udogie.
Yes, and i think its unfair to judge players, primarely the young players, based on this season. There are so many factors contributing to their bad form. Injuries, tactics, overall squad experience.I see a young tree that under better guidance, and coaching can grow. Not sure how anyone can write off any young player under this shit show. I don’t rate himI still rate him.
In Ange's ridiculous system, our wingers take up the space where the fullbacks should be receiving the ball on overlaps.
On offensive counter-attacking transitions, Udogie busts 70-yard sprints without the ball to overlap the left-winger, and when we invariably lose possession, there's acres of space down our left side.
Porro doesn't really bother with these types of runs... he's a better passer than Udogie and he's more inclined to get involved offensively through build-up play, or occasionally via a long-diagonal pass. Although we don't really have a LCB who excels at those.
Udogie (and Porro, and Spence, TBH) all scream wingbacks in a 3-4-3/3-5-2 system to me... although I do think that Udogie and Spence are capable fullbacks in a back 4, if they're asked to be more discriminate and discerning in their attacking.
It wouldn't surprise me to see Porro, Spence and Udogie ask to leave this summer.
- Spence is on about 40k a week; and I'm pretty sure his agent will be nagging Spurs for a new contract; or to let him leave.
- Porro is entering his prime and, if we don't have CL next season, he will want to leave.
- Udogie is getting more and more links to City; and given our dire financial situation, a significant bid will surely temp Levy.
I don’t think we should reject any player leaving - we need to fund a rebuild and none have performed well. We need a manager appointed by the end of May to enable decision makingThey can ask all they want, the answer is going to be the same for all of them.

Well, each player will have a release clause in their contract; and not featuring in European comps could also lend itself to some further get out clauses in their contracts.
My scouser mate recons Porro is going to end up there.

Maybe - I hate them all tbh, regardless of the clownshoe manager. I’m not convinced they do have potentialNo you're right but we should be keeping the players with good potential, a load of these players haven't performed well because of the manager and the direction, not because they're bad players.
I'd give every single one of them a chance under a capable manager personally.Maybe - I hate them all tbh, regardless of the clownshoe manager. I’m not convinced they do have potential
But you could still see Vert was a quality player, these losers get absolutely hammered every weekI'd give every single one of them a chance under a capable manager personally.
Just go and have a look at pre-Poch Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, Jan Vertonghen, Christian Eriksen...
All were playing in an utterly shambolic, poorly coached, no tactics, side under Sherwood. All came on leaps and bounds once we had a manager that had half a clue.
