Another decision to be made.

Sell. Too brittle. Can't cope with the demands of the PL.

And not been consistent since his fantastic start.

With the errant captain, highest bidder in the summer.

Got to stop waiting for something that isn't there. Mind you the manager is still here....
It’s not just him though is it , it’s most of the squad get injured these last few seasons, I have never known anything like it , is something wrong with the way we train or do we just sign brittle players?

The ridiculous amount of games these days, coupled with high pressing and a lack of rotation.

We used to have a lot of injuries under Poch too. Arguably, it was only under Mourinho and Conte that I feel like we had less, because they had more low-block style tactics

No idea, but it's unfathomable.

I never bought into it being Postecoglou and so I won't apportion blame on the current manager.

Vecna's curse, bad luck, symptomatic of wider club malaise. Allergic to being fit!

I don't have a clue but equally we need to look beyond the injuries, and look at who is improving or showing clear signs of being worth the wait. Udogie must be close to being sold in my opinion. Very close.

I think the injury record is overwhelmingly the byproduct of never buying cover. He is forced to play 90 min every match, gets injured, our backup RB flips sides and plays 90 min every match until he’s back and then Udogie is right back into the deep end.

We’ve all been saying he needs cover for years and the club have done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. They just keep buying the same midfield trier type over and over.

It really makes you scratch your head. I am certain 90 per cent of fans would have had a left back as a priority signing for years now. How can they not see it?

Guaranteed if he does leave he'll do a Sessegnon and be fit for someone else, there's something in the water at Tottenham.

There’s something about the training ground more likely because opposition players don’t get injured in our stadium
I literally know nothing about this shit but I guess in theory you could say our players play on our pitch 25+ times per season while opposition players only once? Some kind of cumulative thing perhaps? Would be the most Spurs thing ever if Levy cut some corner in stadium build to save a couple hundred grand and that's now cursed us for life.

Think a lot of it has to just be pure bad luck, though. Kulu's freak injury was due to a knee collision in some random away game. Maddison's was in Korea on pre-season. Danso's freak toe thing - again an away game. Ben Davies breaking his leg was from diving in to block a shot, Bentancur did his hammy away at Bournemouth, Bergvall from an incident with Emre Can. Hard to blame any of those on the stadium, I think.

That said, I read somewhere that we've got more players out for the season than any other team has out in general. Fucking crazy stuff.

I feel like we had it pretty bad under Mourinho at one point, with him barely able to rotate/tinker, though not as bad as right now.

As for low-block style causing less injuries, doesn't quite tally up with Frank's tenure.

Our entire attack was decimated and the CBs were forever in and out. Davies only long term injury. Reguilon in and out.... GLC & Ndombele missing for ruffled hair.

I meant a decent price for an injury prone player
And, the part of the fee should be performance based (in case Udogie "miraculously" stop being injury-prone)

I don't know what that looks like, it's going to be some stupidly low price as no-one is going to take a gamble on him.

TBH our best bet is to try to get him back to a level of fitness before we even think about selling him.

I won't be against selling him if Spurs get a decent price for him and have a replacement already lined up. If he did join Juve I wouldn't be surprise if the stopped being injury prone

If we sell him then we need to sign two LBs.

I'd definitely consider a sale because I don't think he can endure regular PL/European football but I'd rather sign a new first choice LB and see if he can stay fit with less pressure to get him out there every minute.
