I agree, Ange doesn’t rate him but is just using him by keeping him around. Similar to Lo Celso.
It’s a shame though because Spence has been impressive
Conte didnt rate him or play him either, there's got to be something there that we don't know about, Genoa didnt take up the option to purchase Spence outright for €10m either in the summer
His attitude and performance on the pitch has been spot on since pre season. I've seen more desire and application in his performances than I have from supposed first team starters.

Oh my God still with this crap. All Serie A clubs are broke ass. Spence was not who Conte want and it was the reason he wasn't played. As for Ange he's making innumerable bad decisions at the moment that's on him not Spence or Gray or anyone else. You have cleaved hard to the frankly profile style idea ' there must be something wrong with Spence.' It's silly unless you have something you want to share you should think hard about continuing to trot it our because it's starting to feeling odd.
Yes but we can only call what we see. I've seen a committed player who's attitude on the pitch has been good and beneficial to the team. I think it sets a bad example to ignore a player doing well and continuing to pick favourites that are under performing.
I don't trust lots of the decisions the current coaching staff are making and this is one of them. Romero Udogie Spence Gray its a list that continues to demoralise

both Managers sent him out the club, so they both don't fancy him for some reason. to which i said we will never know why. Not sure what part of that complex bit of code you had trouble with

I imagine it's a mix of:
- Work hard and you'll be rewarded
- Show him he's wanted
- Keep his value up
Still nothing on Son, Bissouma or Bentancur though.
