He scored like 19league goals for Bournemouth one year. Still crap.
Him scoring a couple of goals doesn't change the fact that he's nowhere near the standard we should be looking to as our number 9.
I guess lots of people are happy with mediocrity.
I squirm when I have to engage with you.
If big Dom is the standard of player you want leading the line for you, great. I'd prefer a bit above midtable standard players, but each to their own, gents.
No one is denying that we could improve on him.
But a CF that deliveres a goal or assist for every ~130 minutes across 2 poor seasons is not in top 5 biggest issues that this squad has right now. We could use a GK that could use his legs for more than standing up. We could use a starting LW that would actually contribute. And then one more winger. We desperately need a deeper midfielder for who could play very cleaver passes upfield. And with Davies out and Souza in - we still desperately need another fullback.
But that is ofc an adult take.
You can go on to be a laughable 6 yo kid in candy store with your mom who wants ALL THE CANDIES... AND RIGHT NOW, MOOOOOM!!!![]()
Didn't he score twice yesterday?
Anyway, fact is he has been superb since coming back. If he stays fit then this guy can become one of the top strikers in the PL.
This was posted in the Xavi thread, that 2nd touch, no other striker in our squad is capable of that sort of composure - Rich would have swung his left foot at that.

My argument is that we should be doing better than fuckign Solanke. This is such a Papafeels strawman response when your original argument is defeated and you have nowhere else to turn, hilarious![]()
Yes. That's what I believe. He's a child, he thinks we can legit entice Mbappe to play for us or perhaps give Haaland a ring, lets see if he wants to leave City snd come to Spurs![]()
Jesus Christ. Some morons here today. You and shady giving eachother the old reach arounds. Where am I throwing my toys out the pram? Because he's not good enough? No one is denying that we could improve on him.

I maintain my argument. Come back to me at the end of the season if he keeps this up, I'm sure he won't, but if he does, fair enough.
You being a sarcy dick after a good game, very on brand for you. I'll make sure to come back to you.
