2 of our best perfoamnces/results - this 3-1 and the 1-0 v LFC - he's assisted 3 of the goals
actaully "assist" doesnt do justice, he absoutely laid them on a plate. He had no right to get to the ball v LFC for Bergvall, and last night could easily have taken the shot instead of laying off the first goal.
ONe of these days all of the fanbase will appreciate what he does for the team and our results. But until then we'll still have muppets here complaining hes no good bla bla. Last night there was an ignorant cunt behind me who spent all match complaing aobut him, hes a cunt and no Harry Kane. If I'd been on my own Id have told the cunt to shut his gob or Ill have you booted out
You are cherry picking the matches with his best bits.
What about all the games when he does little?
He is a decent player but with limitations.
If he keeps on producing assists like he did last night - I will upgrade my assessment.
The trouble is if he goes in a run when he produces little - people will just say " you don't realise what else he does for the team....he works hard ".
Would be nice to give him a few chances
His two assists last night has kicked his total tally up to 8. Which is his best in a single season. So it is nice to see him contribute even if he doesn't score on the night.
Thought Solanke would play a key role last night.
Must protect him and the central defenders most in the coming weeks.
Solanke's issue is that he is not a prime goalscorer. Not many are.
Bizarre as it is, Richarlison scores more, so if we can have both fit, once we get past the international break, who knows.
Next season, I hope Solanke has a striker to compete with, play alongside at times, and crucially who stays fit, which benefits all concerned.

I'd be happy to try this with either Son or Johnson in central next to him.
The question is which other position that you sacrifice to make room for it in the formation. But I'm also interested in seeing a two striker setup.
It's obvious we are much better with them without him. Seems to be a bit of a sacrificial lamb in regards to scoring much like Fermino was at the Scouse in the system though
And both of those would fail miserably at that.

When I get a chance I might try and work out our total goals and results when one or other of them is on the pitch
My gut feel is that Solanke creates so much more for other attackers that we'd score quite a few more with him in the team.
Could be a great combo if Ricky was ever fit
