ENIC In or ENIC Out

It's the beginning of the end for ENIC at THFC. I think we agree on that.

That is unless they change their ways of course.

The Levy out chants are part of the club culture now. That means every time things are not great Levy will be getting the heat rather than the manager, Dof or players.

The spotlight is on Levy forever now as long as he remains involved in any capacity.

That will do for me.

I have never thought things are as bad as they seem tbh.

Conte is easily the worst managerial appointment since Gross.

The top four finish at the expense of Woolwich felt good but the style of play and tactics were always going to end in tears.

With some decent transfer business in the summer Spurs can still compete at the top end.

I hear what you’re saying but I don’t think that the Levy Out chants will have any effect on him at all!

He doesn’t give a fuck while he’s busy milking his cash cow providing we stay in the PL with large attendances!

Which we will do as our stadium continues hosting NFL with the possibility of a franchise, boxing, pop concerts etc not to mention the Go Kart trak!

If more and more genuine Spurs fans stop attending their places will be taken by foreign tourists who sit there on their mobile phones while the game is on!

Feels all a bit Flaming Moey:

I actually can't see us winning another game this season.

This reminds me of the Woolwich Wenger civil war amongst their fans.

As always been the case since these cunts took over. And tbf since the 1990 we are 5 or 6 years behind them learning how to do it.

I reckon Levys days are numbered.

As a student of teflon dan ( I invented the term ) for a long time I think this is the end days for him.

I am going to call it and say he is gone by Christmas this year. Maybe earlier.

I am rarely wrong in such matters.

Poch is going show Levy a Toffee. Rumours are rife that he is chasing Kane, Mac Allister, Rice and Martinez.

With what Chelsea already have, and a reasonable tactician in Poch, City will have company.

What control did they and their mates have you doughnut?

One of the conditions of Conte coming was that he wanted the board not to meddle in football. This was seen as too much of a risk and we were left with Nuno, who would tow the line. Eventually we relented and gave Conte everything he wanted. Our only caveat was that Mason was to be on the coaching staff.

Like Jose b4 him, he promised to win Trophies and secure top 4 finishes, but when things weren't going his way, resorted to cheap shots at the club.

The board fucked up, giving control to italian crooks, and this has set us back years.

future is very bleak.

We probably have the worst roster talent of any of the "top seven" (including Newcastle now). We also have the least financial resources once you look at revenues plus how much owners are willing to put in. We also probably have the worst academy (along with Newcastle). We don't even have a manager or a DoF.

I don't see us getting back into the top four (or five may soon be more relevant with the CL changes) anytime soon. We need a complete roster overhaul but I can't see Levy doing what it takes - in terms of ruthlessly cutting his losses on current players and committing the resources to buy new players - to rebuild correctly. The fact that we are talking about giving Eric Dier a new deal says it all.

ZERO direction or consistent progress since Poch and no sign of that changing. You can accept that reality or continue to deny what is in front of your face, either way it makes zero difference to me.
I'm not sure I agree that we had zero direction. We copied the blueprint of other successful clubs. It just didn't work for Spurs.

We tried to buy success by hiring the best coaches and spending close to 700m on players, whilst retaining Kane and Son.

Mourinho is/was one of the best coaches in world football and has won everywhere he has been.

Nuno was a mistake and a result of our relationship with that slimey agent who promised us access to world class youth players.

Conte also has a history of high performance and results.

At the end of the day, there is one thing money cannot buy. The players, the staff, the coaches - they don't love Tottenham Hotspur.

The main thing that has set us back years is not investing in the squad during 500 days . Ridiculous neglect that bred compliance. Add to that the patchwork squad built by several managers , it’s a mess

ENIC/levy have taken us as far as they can football wise.levy got lucky with poch.he wanted van gaal.
They have grown their asset financially which was what buying the club was all about in levys own words.
Unless ENIC sell up I can't see success on the pitch for spurs, even with a new dof and manager sadly.

We are the worst run club in the top half .
They always sold the suckers a dream,
wait till we get champs league,
wait till the stadium is built,
wait till FP kicks in ,

nothing will change under them , they will spin bollocks and it will always end in dirt .
They have created endless toxicity, lost any tradition of what this club represents and have no formula to compete.

Our fan base may be passive but it has woken up and deserves far, far better.

We also probably have the worst academy (along with Newcastle).

Weird how the academy gets a lot of grief at the moment.

Just won the under 18 title. World Cup under 20s two players in that squad. (United zero players in that squad btw. Bristol City, Sheffield United and Peterborough all represented)

Number of players at various ages who are highly thought of.

First team has just had 3 managers with absolutely zero long term planning for the club. It’s really down to the club to bring in a manager who utilises the tools / talents at his disposal.

I wouldn’t be too down on the academy players tbh.

So now we are saying Levy is weak and cedes control

Without sounding disrespectful to our many knowledgeable members of the fighting cock and wider media platforms, fans should never decide which staff a club employes. This is testiment to how directionless our club currently is. These decisions should be carried out by football people from within the club, not Dave from the nags head. And here 'lies' the problem at hand, we don't seem to have any football people at Tottenham Hotspur.

I don’t think anyone on here has the influence or power to choose anyone . It’s just people opinions. But yup , people in charge don’t seem to have a clue regarding football , it’s all scattergun caused by panic & neglect

The hiring of Nuno was the perfect illustration of how little our executives know about football.

They sack Mourinho and say they want to return to the DNA of Tottenham, then 75 days later they hire Nuno. A manager who plays stodgy Portuguese hoofball. Then they give him a player like Bryan Gil. It’s total nonsense.
