#levy out.... 1 win against Chelsea away in 32 years UNACCEPTABLE.....2 away wins at Woolwich in 32 years UNACCEPTABLE.....2 away wins at Anfield in 32 years UNACCEPTABLE..Record Fa cup semi final defeats in a row ever (7 or 8 ive lost count!!).... UNACCEPTABLE....sacking Mourinho on the eve of a cup final UNACCEPTABLE...Not buying Grealish for 40m then buying Ndombele for 60 million...UNACCEPTABLE....Not buying Berahino when spurs could have pushed on for the title UNACCEPTABLE....sacking Harry rednapp because hes linked with the england job UNACCEPTABLE...constant low balling with other football clubs in negotiations to the point of being black listed by major footballs clubs (its a sellers markets you either pay the price or do one!!) UNACCEPTABLE...How long is Levy gonna go on for?? hes in his early 60s now...just a blood sucker to any ambition....I give Ange until February until this all unravels....what is the point in going to Leicester having about 10 corners first half...then their first shot on target goes in?? Never mind the spurs tradition of playing well...win by any means necessary like the other big clubs...spurs do not have the firewpower to go to leicester clearly and blitz them 3 nil at half time....theres no defence...Romero is substandard he is a f**king liability and so is the GK from corners....you can have maradona up front but useless if your gonna give goals away like candy to a baby! #levyout #ENICout
What an amazing first post.

We will watch your posting career with great interest.

Being realistic, the only thing that will prompt an ENIC exit is belief that the club's value is at, near, or past it's peak.

This requires the prospect of the ESL to be fully dead (not even close, currently), projections for future global broadcasting rights revenue to shrink (haven't heard any suggestions of such), and/or the idea that the club has gone as far as they can take it as a brand is on the precipice of an Evertonian fall from grace (despite all the "sky is falling" talk, there's no reason to believe this at the moment).

EDIT: the biggest thing that will send them packing is the prospect of the ESL being very much in the frame but a concrete, but clandestine, knowledge that Spurs are very much out of the frame. This would mean the club's value has peaked and once word gets out it will become an unattractive purchase.

As long as there's still growth ahead, financially, they're not going anywhere. Which is why my position is "why waste your energy". Even jeering Levy in the stadium will do fuck all, he'll go home, roll in a pile of £50 notes and have a good laugh.
What about the building plans of houses and the Hotel. Whilst they do this via other companies they use the ownership of the club as a lever to get planning and they can control local objections as employers etc of many local workers. New owners could take a very different attitude.

Not really sure what you are getting at here. Yes, they 100% have property developments in the surrounding area - but when compared to the ≈£3B valuation of the football club (which does not include any of these investments) their property development investments are very minor. Their property development investments are also highly leveraged, as typical with such investments, and, contrary to popular belief, are not taking away any significant liquid capital that could otherwise be spent by the football club.

There's a great deal of misunderstanding about the club's finances, in truth, which contributes to the angst. The major legitimate gripe is that the club is too conservative in expenditure:revenue ratio. The secondary legitimate gripe is that they charge too much for tickets. Outside of that, and the waning complaint that Levy is too involved in recruitment, most of the rest is rubbish.

Worse when we have our own 'fans' who continually ridicule and mock the club and mock other fans who don't hold the same opinion as them.

:gallashmm:
I mock idiots who claim to be fans that support the club, yes you're right.

Once again, your general lack of reading comprehension is generally astounding.

I'll make this very clear: Idiots who claim to be fans are not the same as genuine fans are they... 🤦‍♀️

Don't read to respond, READ to UNDERSTAND.

You and your ilk are so desperate for a gotcha it's really pitiful, you spend far too much energy on me in this thread lmao

It’s hard to avoid your fucking contrary drivel you pox

I know they are not taking funds away from the football club but presumably are making a profit from the property investment that is at risk if they no longer own the Football club being the major employer in the area. I cannot see that they will be selling the majority interest in the club any time soon. A minority sell off would not affect much.

I agree - doubt they will have interest in selling any time soon. Said multiple times, I expect if there is a sell at some point it will be Levy as majority partner of a new group buying out Lewis/ENIC. Think Levy will be here until he dies.

He will sell if the $$ is there. I don't care if its Arab, American, Asian I just want an owner that can spoil us like Man City. Is that too much to ask? :sonmask:
Well no American owner has spunked cash (Boehly is just a frontman for Saudi PIF, and hes failed anyway), all the Asian ones who have bankrupted themselves and/or the club. So it's Russian mob boss war criminals or Arab oil state slavers.

Personally I hope they all go to the ESL and leave Spurs out - sooner rather than later.
