Sean speculating as he knows the fans are fed up , he’s ex finance & respects Levy
Just saw Emanuel Petit being asked about Spurs on Sky …. He just cracked up

If he said "Levy deserves huge respect and is battling against the odds to do an immeasurable job as Chairman " you'd be all over it like a fucking rash.
You're fooling nobody, mate.
You're constant put down of every single critical voice, with past and present club connections is so transparent and utterly pathetic.
This kind of nitpicking stuff is why everyone sees you as a Levy supporter. You could just accept Mido makes a strong point, albeit on a shite radio station. Or just shake your head and move on. But your urge to discredit the messenger and go into bat for baldy is really strong.
Was the hero comment not meant to be ironic? He is speaking his opinon. People are heralding him as a hero -
If someone was like 'yeah he makes some valid points, echo how I feel, the guy is clearly a fan' that's one thing.... but calling him a hero?
Nah.

I agree he's hardly a Spurs legend/ hero. Makes point that ring true though.
I made the comment. It was clearly tongue in cheek coupled with a dose of being pleased to see a professional who has been at the club share my perspective.
I would like to understand why you took such an issue with a joke. You vote ENIC out but I don't buy it, you get too irritated by even modest criticism and I don't think I've ever seen you agree with a post criticising the owners. Happy to stand corrected though.
Apologies for not getting the comment.... personally I can't stand ex players etc jumping on the negativity bandwagon so TS can get a bit of money off spurs fans clicking and sharing their shit. I hate them and their style of journalism.
I have agreed with plenty of posts criticising them for things I feel they deserve to be criticised for but I also feel like there are things said which are just bullshit hyperbole and there a plenty of posters that don't call out many of the usual suspects for their hysterical nonsense.
Have you ever called out that kind of thing?
They do throw the very very occasional bone that is just really old and a given . My favourite is we shouldn’t have replaced Jose with Mason before a cup final , and claim that makes them neutral and unbiased . I feel my typing and spelling is excellent for someone who apparently was born yesterday. Then add in the superior attitude & stating “I am neutral & objective. You’re all just anti levy”. As though we will just go along with that because they said it. As though we will ignore the facts & evidence of their never ending defence of levy & attacking anyone daring to criticise him. Choosing our failure on the pitch, finishing miles behind our rivals & winning nothing… just so we can keep levy who rips off our own fans. How gullible do they think we are! As we have always said it’s a strange common factor amongst the levy lovers. Claiming to be objective & neutral whilst posting non stop support of him & criticising anyone who objects to levy being chairman. Just own it & admit it! You’re a levy fan. & you choose him over the clubs success. It’s a Fact.
I try my best not to call out hysteria and going over the top as I think it often comes from a place of caring for the club, feeling pain, or maybe sometimes just a bit of humour.
Many do take things too far but I've no business policing them, it's just not for me. I think we see the hysteria on both sides of the ENIC in/out equation.
I'd like to see fans get rewarded for their loyalty, and when I see recognised public figures say something to this effect I'm glad to see it.

You will be getting called Woolwich in a little while. Then add in the superior attitude & stating “I am neutral & objective. You’re all just anti levy”. Yeah they mention the odd obvious old levy mistake to buy some credibility. It doesn’t wash & we can all see it. It would be like me claiming to be on the fence about levy by bringing up one good obvious thing he did a long time ago. They do throw the very very occasional bone that is just really old and a given . They have called me a gooner many times. Which makes perfect sense when I want owners who win things & they want ones who don’t!
Their rhetoric is at an all time low at the moment. Running very short of material.Yeah they mention the odd obvious old levy mistake to buy some credibility. It doesn’t wash & we can all see it. Must be the story about lending someone his pencil at school , personally I don’t believe itYeah they mention the odd obvious old levy mistake to buy some credibility. No it's true but the pencil borrower had to give Levy a Kit Kat from his lunchbox every day for two years.Must be the story about lending someone his pencil at school , personally I don’t believe it
Allegedly it was all agreed then Levy said he never agreed to a two finger Kit Kat it was a four finger Kit Kat . Really not sure who to believeNo it's true but the pencil borrower had to give Levy a Kit Kat from his lunchbox every day for two years.
I heard that but the Levyologists on here have said it's all lies so i'm inclined to believe them.Allegedly it was all agreed then Levy said he never agreed to a two finger Kit Kat it was a four finger Kit Kat . Really not sure who to believe
