I wonder if the majority stake in the club being in trust is affecting their ability to do the usual panic arse covering. If the real owners won’t allow money to go out on sackings and player cost because they are intent on selling, Levy has no way out of the mess he created. Usually by now something has been done. This time. Nada. Has to be a money issue.

No absolutely not , we’d have heard whispers of it if it were the case . This is lack of planning , reluctance to spend & stupidity

Yeah I think it’s partly that. A couple of years ago I predicted this type of purgatory because of how the club is now held.

It is also worth remembering too Levy’s ownership of the club. He isn’t 100% certain to get a pay out if we are sold, so where’s his motivation to do that?

The key words in the following is potential beneficiary. Legally that doesn’t mean he would get anything on a sale, it’s up to the trustees of that trust to decide if he should get it. Going to blow a few brains that!

Daniel Levy and certain members of his family are potential beneficiaries of discretionary trusts which ultimately owns 29.41% of the share capital of ENICIL”.

It just takes all Fans walking out of 1 or 2 home games and Levy will fire himself. Wake up People. It is you Money. TFC is our club. It does not belong to Levy and ENIC. Let's bring them to their knees.
I agree its down to those that attend games, its easy for me to say this as I don't go, but its still my club
But the season ticket holders (not the tourist) are the one who can do this boycott 2 home games, don't sell your ticket have about 30,000 empty seats maybe that will bring Levy back to running a football team, Maybe it won't, but doing what you are doing now hasn't worked

who owns these discretionary trusts ? is it Levy ?

You just have to get to the concourse, not the High Street. I’m saying to leave the seats obviously early before half time then return afterwards.

Shared properly on social media and get enough people to do it and it’ll be impossible to ignore that’s what’s happening.
I'd have thought it would be better to return five-ten minutes late for the second half, as everyone is (not) doing something at the same time rather than the inevitable drip-drip of leaving your seat early.

Plus you have 15 minutes for people to try to encourage those staying in their seats to join in.

It happened at Valencia some years back, the TV couldn't ignore the fact that one end was entirely empty.

As a bonus you'll miss the comedy defending that turns a 1-0 lead into a 1-2 deficit just after the restart.

Ownership is probably the wrong word, the shares in ENIC are sat in a trust and stays like that up until the point the assets in the trust are distributed.

So no, Levy doesn’t own anything legally speaking, he’s a potential beneficiary, he has no power to decide where the money goes at that point of distribution. That’s not to say he won’t get it then of course. It might be all set up for that to happen, which is entirely possible.

The key moment in time for us, is when Lewis dies, but even then it won’t be instantaneous. We will have to wait and see who the shares are passed to.

It’s a shit situation to be in, but very them to put us in it.

Levy needs to go before we can achieve anything. Even stability would be an achievement under that clown.

We had some good years with Jol and Redknapp. Poch, obviously even better. But it was like the stars aligned with personnel, with getting the right manager for the moment, etc. Without Bale or Kane during those times we wouldn't have been close to as good. My point is... Luck has papered over the cracks of Levy and ENIC for too long. The last 5+ years, we've been getting found out. Relegation battle is EXACTLY where we should be because of them. But I do feel for the players that give a shit and deserve better.

Next home game there needs to be a proper statement, fans on the pitch something that which get attention everywhere.Imagine United 4.30pm Super Sunday. Get people talking
When you run onto the pitch and get arrested then fined and a football banning order you might need these solicitors to plead your case :)
