The big one IMO will be cultural. If he's just a CEO of the business and not a big boss owner, who will be signing the cheques and the holding the final say on things? A change can only be for the good if the financial constraints around the football team are relieved rather than the stadium simply becoming a Qatari entertainment complex.
More concerts, boxing, rugby and NFL might even mean that we have to book a time slot for our matches within the entertainment complex.
