"I want nothing but happiness and longevity for the Soviet people"

"I want my wives to live happy, normal lives"

"I want us to win the Premier league"

Everton have just sold their womens team to themselves. As the PL zigs, Levy zags and once this loophole is closed the opportunity is gone. They just dont want to put money into the club. CUNTS!!!
We have something like £250m PSR headroom depending if you want to believe certain sources or not, we don't have the issue other clubs have in being eager to spend but hamstrung by the rules, we are comfortably abiding by the rules precisely because we aren't eager to spend.

I’m waiting until the end of the window but our approach after what appeared to be an excellent start with Kudas has fizzled out.

Sadly, Levy’s past dealings and behaviour caught up with him and many clubs are wise to it and the risk adverse strategy means other clubs know how to hurt us. CL means nothing now as a pull - all about wages.

Lange is a busted flush as many Villa fans said (including a Villa pal of mine) but it’s the prospect of investment and DL’s statement to win the league and CL whilst continuing to move in the market at a glacial pace, and our inability to sell players which hurts us. Why are we so bad, poor Thomas Frank is hamstrung immediately - too many average players enjoying outed country club set up - I hate the chavs but they at least have a plan and are excellent at loving players on.

Fans deserve better and fully behind ‘Change For Tottenham’s’ plans.

How many owners have been in charge for 25 years of a top 6 premier league income club

How many clubs have had 16 managers in 25 years

How many owners have said they were making the academy a priority and delivered 1 player of note in 25 years

1) None, but i don't see what that has to do with not being able to let go of the things that have been done well.

2) Chelsea, perhaps - probably others if I could bother to look it up.

3) Again you do the research - I am certain owners have said things that didn't transpire - you can read things about them if you want - things like - I dunno - Arsneal owners saying they promise to compete for top honours back in the mid 2000's and they haven't won a single top honour in that time.

I appreciate you saying you chat with your blinkers on when it comes to this subject - and sure, while it doesn't mean you are wrong about everything, it also far from means the way you talk about it is right!

We have high borrowings and no cash in the club to spend that sort of money. There is also probably clauses in the loan agreements preventing higher borrowings or the loans go in default and we have to borrow at much higher interest rates. The only way we can do so if either ENIC or someone else invests money in the club. ENIC either do not have enough money outside the club to invest or do not want to. That leaves either a minority investor putting money in but not getting any control or an investor buying ENIC out. I favour the latter but in the meantime PSR is irrelevant to us.

KUDUS

5 Letters and 2 of them are the same one

Other than that completely agree.
But we also have a lot of good players not just average ones. The question is how long...

what has happened to all the money or talk for this take over/ground sponsorship and change of directors/board that was all the talk a weeks back ?
Chill. It's been taken care of.
We will get europes biggest fountain inside of a hotel lobby.
60 inch 8k TVs in every room.
5 Star Restaurant.
Rooftop Bar

Support for what man?

I have said repeatedly that it is time for a new chairman. I just don't buy this constant complaining the whole time like we are languishing at the bottom of League 1 fighting for our lives every year - we just won the Europa League, we are in the CL this season - we have been in Europe consistently for nearly 20 years now?

We all want to push on, but we don't have a bad place in the football world, and if you cannot just enjoy being where we are, and seeing where the chips fall, then fine, complain, be angry, be miserable, and go protest. Live however you want to live.
Glad we agree about the chairman.
Not sure pointing out that the Chairman, that we both agree is past his sell by date, keeps making poor football decisions is constant complaining, maybe it is.
Maybe constantly complaining about complaining is a thing too.

Anyway been nice chatting with you.
Good luck to you

Already judging by the reactions to this, there’ll be plenty on here taking the piss out of sponsorship deals, etc. Then in the same breath it’ll be “how can Man Utd spend so much money when we beat them all the time?”.

Newsflash - it’s due to deals like this.
Well they are making it pretty easy for us...

Of course manu will always be able to take a bigger shit than us but we can take a piss here and there.
