Well he's going to be doing it.
Doing what... scrabbling around for a couple of loans? Due to uncertainty with Frank and to some extent Lange, I'd be surprised if we bought anyone on a perm in Jan. Maybe a couple of Werner type loans i.e. players on the down grade who have fallen out of favour with current club... i.e. earning more than their performances warrant.

As most thought, appears he was operating for his own self interest, rather than the clubs.

In my opinion this is the truth.

Every detail of every issue at Spurs, under his regime, was all about what he required.

ENIC should get the benefit of the doubt until at least the end of this window.

There seems to be an attempt, of sorts, to destabilise the club, internally, by characters who may still have loyalty to the miser.

ENIC should be judged on their actions in the next two windows and what they do about Thomas Frank if he continues to fail to get the results Spurs need.

Players recruited by Paratici are often the ones making 'mistakes' , losing their discipline or their form.

Could be coincidence but I'm keeping an open mind regarding all possibilities.

Spurs need 3 quality players for the first team by the end of January.

Apparently Paratici is working on getting immediate transfers and loans, and Lange is working on scouting and the academy, like the young player that I posted about, which you previously replied to.

So whether we like it or not, that's what Lange is doing for at least part of his role.

They spoke about what they'll be doing in that joint interview they did a number of weeks ago.

We are lacking unity. Devoid of half a dozen leaders all over the pitch, that includes the manager, who looks lost!
Vdv, Gray, Bergvall could become leaders in a few more years but everyone else, including a selfish Romero are not up to it.

We have signed so many weak minded individuals and this for me is a large part of the reason we are currently seeing and experiencing what we are!

I'd love to see Simione appointed. He would tell a few their fortune and build the club up from the bottom to the top, Nicholson, Shankley, Stein and Fergi style.

Of course this would never work with the pussy's who play the game today, they would go home and cry into their X-Boxes or Game Boys (not a euphemism) or whatever the fuck they do!

I have an update on the investigation into the alleged failings and potential wrongdoings of the megalomaniac, little tyrant.

Clearly a way to go but no smoke without fire and they must have some evidence. Will post a few specifics this morning but let’s hope he gets what coming. As most thought, appears he was operating for his own self interest, rather than the clubs.

Some contrary, deluded posters have a formal apology to make. He was toxic. A cancerous plague, so why did you argue black was white? Hopefully three outcomes; loses all his shares and stock, and the other two are TBC
Still morning where you are? You promised specifics.

What the Lewis family are investigating is threefold:

Firstly losing potentially millions by turning down and losing lucrative sponsorship deals. The potential companies are being talked to to see what the process was.

Secondly, they are looking at contracts with builders and suppliers of the new stadium and if any were inflated and contractors then used by Levy for his interests. Ie his home which is being built in the Bahamas.

Thirdly turning down a number of take over offers. They are investigating whether he put his interests first and the Lewis interests second. Teflon demanding a high price and staying on with a lucrative contract and being in control. Which of course no buyer would agree to.
They are talking to these potential buyers.

The third is the most damaging if proved it could lead to litigation and the Lewis family suing him for billions in lost earnings

As I say it’s only allegations but they are certainly looking at everything

Appreciate you sharing.

I think we all knew the first and third ones. The first can be argued he was just trying to get the best deal for the club. The third is infinitely less defensible.

Hadn’t heard of him getting homers from the stadium construction. Not sure I’d take that too seriously. Company who did the curtain wall windows nipping out to the Windies to fit Levy’s patio doors doesn’t ring true for me.

Could be bollocks….. the main one I’ve heard previously was linked to him and other execs signing players based on agent reco’s, depending on which agent was favour of the month. No smoke without fire on all of these I reckon

They all sound like absolute nonsense really. You can't strip someone's shares or imply wrongdoing because they didn't sell the club.

More importantly - that's exactly what the Lewises are publicly saying they are doing now, whereas that was exactly the opposite Brooklyn Earick had implied ENIC were doing when Levy was in charge.

Another thing that’s not unheard of. Mendes at Wolves for example.

I think they’ll end up finding a sponsorship that could’ve went through, but he asked for too much cash. And a takeover or two that failed early because of his wish to stay in power.

Both defendable by Levy as doing what was good for the club. If it was, is open to debate.

Wolves are about to be relegated. I would like comparators from other top sides tbh - why did we limit our player recruitment solely to CAA Base? I assume the little shyster negotiated a fixed % fee across all deals for exclusivity or some form of first chance option. Is that in the best interest of the manager? Absolutely not.You do recognise this was primitive, right?

Going fwd, I’m sure we will pay more to agents
across a broader base (no pun). Has to be a good thing

Depends how open he was with the information, and who he involved in the decision. Perhaps JL delegated alL of that whereas kids wants more inputs. There’s no smoke without fire but i doubt it will be a legal issue - but hopefully they uncover enough to hurt him financially and remove his stock

He kind of fell into it I think and then it just became easy. He recruited Ange via it too in the end. I don’t think there’s anything underhand involved, just Levy ‘s continued ineptitude and not understanding the game. We can easily imagine him thinking I’ll give the manager player X, he’s no different to player Y the manager wants and is cheaper in every way. I mean, our squad kind of reflects that now doesn’t it?

Yeah 100%. Completely handicaps and undermines any DOF, manager etc. honestly he was such an incompetent, short sighted little bastard. And yet some people argue he did an OK job LOL.

I hope they manage to remove his ill gotten shares an equity which will ultimately give him the most suffering

I don’t necessarily agree with what Levy did or didn’t do, as I don’t know what he did or didn’t do. All I was saying was I can see how anything mentioned thus far can be very simply defended.

Incompetence rather than dishonesty and there’s not a whole lot the Lewis family can do about that.

People think he’s some kind of real estate mogul too which really gets my goat. If fans knew the truth they’d have a much different view of him.
