ENIC In or ENIC Out

You're not answering my question. How is it better with these events.

I agree that in theory it should be. But open your eyes, man. Open the link I posted above. Look at our players. Look at our wage to revenue. Look at how we have deteriorated since it opened.

ENIC had a dream....To build a multi sports and entertainment venue in the capital with an NFL franchise being the the ultimate goal and the focal point. They have openly stated this. It's not even a secret.

Tottenham’s new stadium to offer NFL a ‘permanent home’ in London - SportsPro

They couldn't build this from scratch, with their own funds, so they hijacked a massive, hugely supported historic football club and used it to build it and pay for it. That's you, me and anyone else that has ever or continues to put money in to the club.

The people who gain financially are the parasites. All the evidence shows that "every penny from third party events goes back in to the club" was a lie. A complete and utter fabrication.

As our place in the Deloitte money league rises, our place in the Premier League falls.

The club have an unwritten no statue policy outside the ground because they don't want to negatively impact the wider football public when they bring their wedge to the concerts, F1 go karting, boxing and NFL.

I'm not even going to debate this with you further because you point blank refuse to see what's staring you in the face.

If ENIC could sell the football club and keep the stadium and rent it back they wouldn't hesitate.

We've been scammed. Used and abused.

ENIC are the literal definition of football parasites
You say that the football club does not benefit from the Commercial Revenue. That is ridiculous because it is nearly 50% of total Income. Without it we would not be buying as many players.
Look at our wage to revenue. Look at how we have deteriorated since it opened.
What worker looks at the ratio of wages to total income? None. All anyone is interested in is what they earn and how that measures against others of a similar level. The ratio may have deteriorated but the amount is increasing. Our ratio has deteriorated due to the fact we now have income from the events. Having said that I think the ratio is rubbish, I do want them to pay higher wages to attract the best although when we employ average players on high wages we cannot offload them. I do hope the new contract with VDV is for very much higher wages and that if he goes to Liverpool it will not be because of higher wages.

Please enlighten me as to how they take it out as it is not in cash dividends. Money experts examine our accounts and yet I have not heard an explanation.

Now there is a whole lot to criticise the owners and those in charge of running the club in the football affairs. Why do you not concentrate on that.
1 Why after a considerable time with only 1 Left footed LB are they proposing bringing in 2 this window
2 Why have they not replaced Kane with an elite goal scorer
3 Why is the academy no longer producing players that can play in the first team like Kane, Winks & Skipp.
4 Why have we only won 1 trophy in the last 15 years.
I could go on but these are just examples of our footballing failures.

I just realized that what ENIC and the Lewis "kids" did is so damaging to the club that the only way to rescue it is by new ownership.

Notice now there is NO ONE on the club hierarchy who is a football person or known on the football circles. Levy through 2+ decades built himself into it, he could pick up the phone and talk to any owner or chairman. We do not have anyone at the club who has this status or the connections to do so.

Not that I am braising Levy. Absolutely not. My point is the club is LOST, lead by total bufoons straight to relegation. Mediocrity looks like a dream to us now. We just want to survive. We are following Burnley, Wolves, West Ham, and the like to make sure we are in good standing ..... smh

I've only ever been told itk info on injuries or put anything out on here but been told that it's becoming more likely than not that Vinai won't be here next season. Not sure if i've been fed BS but could see it with the post in the COYS Forum from Prof saying it's essentially Viv Lewis and Vinai with Frank staying

I wish we could close (or freeze) or threads on this board and all other board and keep this one only open. Have all youtube and other platform channels focus on this topic only as well.

People need to zoom in on ENIC.

SELL SELL SELL, before any game, inside the stadium (esp at the 25th minute). Away fans, keep chanting SELL SELL SELL.

Nothing is going to change. 25 year-old skunk cannot suddenly become a deer (or a cockerel).

They are cowards, and at the slightest pressure we give them, they are going to fold like a cheap sheet and sell. The more the heat to put, the sharks are going to smell the blood and come with offers. They will sell. Believe me. We just need to put the effort in.

I decided to stop posting on any thread. All my posts are going to be on this thread.

Where are the transfers and why is Frank still in a job? Whilst both are an issue they’re not the main one, that’s ENIC. We’re well on track to be relegated this year and when we do, does anyone have any faith that ENIC will be able to get us out of the championship?? If you think they’ll spend money at that point then you are wrong, they’ll just cross their fingers and hire new manager after new manager hoping to luck into a miracle. If they sell us while in the Championship (which they won’t) then we can forget about mega rich new owners, that dream is also over, who’s buying a failing championship team! ENIC came out with a carefully crafted media statement after Levy ‘left’ and purposely dropped statements about war chests etc….and we all bought it. I fear we’re doomed……my next game is United away and then that’s me officially done while this lot are in charge. I’m out.

Just because money isn't been extracted doesn't mean it isn't being reappropriated. The club, stadium and infrastructure assets are spread via several limited company structures.

We have the pending hotel and residential blocks that we recently submitted planning permission for that need to be funded. Financing and capital for these needs to come from somewhere.

Sure some optimists would think this is part of a grand scheme for the betterment of the club. A pessimist would say it boosts the value and ultimately the amount they can sell it for

How dare you post such common sense

Mullally's words were merely a sales pitch to please the Americans , and they will believe anything , there are zero plans to bring a NFL franchise to the stadium .
And if you understand accounts just have a look at the latest accounts of Tottenham Hotspur Limited and you will find that the revenue generated by the football team dwarfs the money made from concerts, NFL etc , Beyonce etc do not come to the stadium to fill the pockets of ENIC .

Wrong on statues, club policy has changed, try reading the FAB minutes and no NFL franchise is coming to the stadium.

Also try watching the wage/ revenue discussion by two level head fans.

Club asked the FAB to provide recommendations on the process for supporter involvement and which Club figures should be on the shortlist. Confirmation that the pose of the statue is also importantfrom a practical/technical point-of-view, and Club and sculptor will focus on the pose.

Our CEO has publicly come out and said, of his free will, that the wages is an issue and promptly responded to his own promise by delivering, nothing.

What two fans say is irrelevant, our CEO has said our wages spending isn't sustainable. It's all PR bullshit we've heard before and nothing seems likely to change.

In the West Ham program notes. Didn't use the words "not sustainable", but a very obvious interpretation.
The only reference I can find about wage is shown below , how do we get not sustainable.

And the fan talking about finances is spot on about the Capology website , it is rubbish, according to Capology , Simons is on higher wages at Spurs than Eze at The Woolwich.

We believe in our current squad, but must add more quality, experience, and leadership to compete consistently at the highest level. Doing so requires a more proactive approach to recruitment, alongside a wage structure that supports our ambition.

No disrespect, but you seem to be a very gullible individual.

Well, if he's saying that the wage spending needs to go up, for us to compete at the top level. That is him saying that by continuing the way they have been/are, won't bring success, which is by definition, not sustainable. Not complicated.

You can try and dance around it, but that is black and white.
