But the valuation will go down and down the longer we're in the Championship. Which is why I believe (or at least hope) they'd take a smaller hit at the first opportunity.
I honestly don't think relegation would put a serious buyer off. They would still see the long term potential.
That's fair. I really pray they would just realise how much they've fucked it and get out before the bleeding gets worse, but in the back of my mind I fear they'd convince themselves they could fix it.

Sure as fuck shown they aren't fixing shit when you look at this season, eh?

I do agree - buyers would still line up, especially if they sense they can get a cut price deal.

I just hate them. I actually hate them. I always gave them the benefit of the doubt but they just don't give a shit, and the fact they're dithering over whether or not to cash out and make themselves even richer just so they can hold on to us to do nothing in particular makes me hate them more.

Would a representative of the '69' like to give us an example of how bad things would have to get for you to want them out?

Where actually is your tipping point? I mean surely there is one?

I accept you're entitled to your opinion, but I think the rest of us deserve an explanation as to why you want these hideous bastards to continue destroying the football club we all support.

You are clearly missing the point and the only real point

We will not be able to afford to keep them . The parachute payment is peanuts to what we will lose in revenue . There’s dozens of videos explaining the reasoning . Wage bills in the EFL are tiny in comparison to ours to comply with ruling & smaller revenue . Agents will advise players to hand in transfer requests . I’m not a betting man & I still think we will avoid the drop but if it were to happen to squad would be decimated

Category
Amount
Lost PL TV money£130m- 160m
Lost sponsorship value£30m- 50m
Matchday drop£30m- 40m
Total lost£190m-250m
Parachute payment£40m- 45m
Net loss (Year 1)£160m- 200m

With wages ,amortization, stadium debt , money we own on players we already have etc we would have an annual loss of around £100m . The Championship allows £15m

The parachute payment is 55% of the TV money in the first year - which isn't £40m or the earlier figure is way out.

We're famously only spending 45% of revenue on wages, we'll be able to keep anyone we want.

Ah. Here's one.
You're still ENIC in. What are the 390 (85%) voters who want them out missing?
what scenario would change your mind?
Not being facetious. Just generally curious.

What would happen if we came into major financial difficulty in terms of the stadium. The debt is on the club so if we went bust what would happen in terms of the stadium then if the money is owed by Tottenham Hotspur fc and not ENIC ?
If we were to go down and not come back at the first time of asking then we might have some financial challenges. Right now we generate anout 600m in revenue. Relegation would half this overnight and if we ended up having a second year in the Championship it would drop to 200m. We can probably get around 300m - 400m for the current squad so we should be fine.

Someone credible as an alternative.

Levy going was supposed to herald a new glorious era, but we've replaced him with Vinai and Lange.
ENIC (including Levy) appointed Vinai and Lange.

Surely it's time to roll the dice. How could new owners be worse than these cunts. We already know a Stavely led consortium wants to buy.
Would you rather ENIC sell, or ENIC stay?

Can you ever see a scenario where this club reaches it's full potential with these clowns in charge?
