Gave more to Ange as far as I can see.
Including some of the costs you probably attributed to Conte (Deki, Porro?)
Gave more to Frank, too.

As many media outlets have highlighted, for a club of our wealth and resources, and in such a strong, unrivalled PSR position, to actually get relegated would be completely unprecedented.

It's just never happened before. Like nowhere. Ever.

I am genuinely starting to wonder if it indeed could be down to self sabotage.

This whole shit show could actually be unfolding by carefully planned design.

And that doesn't even touch the sides😂😂😂. I'll throw in man city fa Cup game 3 up half time down to 10 men. Portsmouth semi final. Didn't chelsea and Newcastle hammer us 7-1? Coming 4th after being in a title race missing out on champions league football. Lasagne gate losing to the fucking pikeys and getting pipped by Woolwich on the final day. Newcastle hammering on final day to let Woolwich finish above us. Sacked a well loved manager while we was playing a European tie. And we're barely scratching the surface here 😂😂😂
 
they must have war gamed the cost of going down and think they can live with the loss of football money
maybe they think they can sell our best players and get in £200M 7 buy some more cheap ones instead

There was always “ a bigger plan “ wrt the new stadium and tapping into all that regeneration funding imo .

And Vinai’s USP at the time of his appointment was that he had expertise and experience in
“ Infrastructure development “ IIRC .

Caveat : Maybe I’m getting paranoid in my old age ; in which case please disregard what I’ve just typed .

I think the parcel of land was an agreement between the club & the council so the stadium etc could be build , access to site etc . That phase is now over . It’s a land transfer back to the council ( some of the land they bought they used a Compulsory purchase order & put some in the stadium development area ) and have now got it back
