How could you possibly tell that from a picture?
Answer me this, what purpose does he serve by being there?
People with an agenda usually see what they want to see from photos / videos and are only too happy to make assumptions that suit their angle.
(That applies to anyone from either side of a debate btw).
Personally I’m not making such rash, rushed judgements off the back of that.
I remember when he first got fraudster in, people said he would take a step back. I knew he weren't going nowhere, the guy is an egomaniac.
Now instead of getting fraudster away from the club, he's consulting him about which players to get, what a mess.

I don't have an agenda mate, I recognise the good and bad that Levy has accomplished at the football club.
I simply don't understand the purpose of him being present with the first team during a preseason tour, I don't see that as indicative of a man stepping back from football operations.
I am not making a judgement, he may be there serving a purpose I am unaware of.

Ok, so if nobody can answer that question then it stands to reason all possibilities are on the table and no single opinion is correct, right?
Well if that's the case then one can hold the opinion that he may not actually be stepping back from football operations, in the same way that one could argue that him being there has no relevance to that assumption.

This place is becoming a bit of a joke, what with the constant defending of our owners who have brought us one measly League Cup during their tenure.
Just need to believe, this year WILL be our year and Levy/ENIC really do care about our lack of silverware. They really do.
Maybe some would have, people who have an axe to grind with Levy for any reason, I make you right.
But personally speaking for myself here, I would rather Levy stay away from the day to day, the players and the manager and stick to the business side of the operations.
When Levy was in Bahrain at the F1 during the season he got pelters for not being with the squad.
When he goes on pre season with the squad he gets pelters.

I’ve no clue which decisions Levy has made in the club in the past as I’m not party to the daily operations. So his stepping back may or may not be a good thing. Even if it would be a good thing, I’m not sure how we’ve come to the conclusion that him being in attendance means he’s arsehole deep in things.
It does fit his general business approach by his own previoua admission, I am not saying I ever believed it either.
This is why I am wondering what his purpose is for being there?
