I'd not noticed that. I can see they've spent a lot on transfers lately which is encouraging. But they're never going to take the risks required to challenge for the title. I've made my peace with it now and just enjoy/despair at each game as it comes.

Does anyone know if the money from the Stadium events is going back into the wider business and the football club or just the wider business ?
Seems that the operating model has not changed, whatever the club generate through football goes back into the football, but I am not sighted on if the non football revenue gets into the football side, just trying to understand why, in truth they are not buying any established tier players.

Ange.Signed.Johnson - he was gone on record numerous times paraphrasing this so if he wanted the club to sign another right winger over the £50m investment they made last Summer on the same position then that is not a club problem, that's a manager problem.
In fact Ange has more than once come out and said the club have backed him and he was is more than happy with what we've done and let's be real he's had so much money to spend (more than any other manager ENIC has hired) I don't know how anyone can sit there with a straight face and say that he hasn't been backed, get real.

I've said many times I've accepted their position, they aren't leaving anytime soon, I don't cry and get over emotional at the board especially after a fucking football match which they have 0 control over.

Managers.. don’t .. sign players.. ffs. Ange agreeing to sign Johnson doesn’t place the burden on him because he’s tuned out how many of us who’d seen him play at forest expected .
It is 1000% a club problem that our scouts identified someone for a position and then signed him for 50 million only to bid close to the same for another player in the exact same position a year later.
Ange has been clear as can be that after last season he wants reinforcements in the attack, just because he doesn’t go the Conte or jose route of complaining doesn’t mean he wouldn’t of preferred more than just Solanke to come into his starting 11.
This thread has been bumped because many of us said this window hasn’t been anywhere near good enough and we needed to do more to address the issues in the front 3 and last night was a clear example of that..
