It was an all encompassing description of the 10-12 posters on here that have been very consistent on here over the years in their ENIC Outery. Pretty sure you knew that anyway.

And I always hear that the majority want them gone, but see little evidence of it. Couple of hundred votes on here, a thousand on TFC pod, may very well be consistent with the wishes of the entire fanbase, I accept that. But the fans I know are by far pretty zen about the whole ENIC thing, preferring to blame the players for individual performances.

See this here this is nonsense. Lol. It's one of the biggest canards sold this credulous fan base. The choice is NOT the binary they want you to think it is, it's not Oderbert Johnson or Yamine Lamal. There's a large and acsessible space in the middle we can comfortably operate in. It's easy to achieve if we were minded to, but for profit reasons Levy wont he is very open about it get in Lange make a fuss about data driven models that ape the 'success " of Brentford and Brighton( what fucking success). Forbes has us as the third most profitable sports team on planet earth meanwhile. We don't need to be buying generational talents to improve.

I think levy sees us as being the dortmund of the premier league. That’s what he wants us to be. Buy young players and bring them through to then sell on for big money. Unfortunately we can’t get all the best ones so have to get the next rung down. Plus we don’t play in Germany, we play in the PL which is the biggest league in the world. You can’t bring a team of these players through. Sure buy one or two to supplement your strong first team squad but smacking in 6 or 7 of them and it doesn’t work. All you do is stunt the players careers because every game has to be won and they can’t be properly development.

Obviously this is way less annoying if we were competing for top players and trophies , let’s face it many of us would accept oil money as a trade off , ( admittedly not everyone). However money making venture after money making venture using the club name , with 1 first team signing , ( replacing a 100 million player 12 months late) and a few teenage prospects is not a trade off i can stomach easily.

It’s definitely this. I want them gone but it’s not my job to get rid of them and I’d rather waste my time on here than putting it to good use to get rid of them. Plus it won’t make any different, they’ll go when they want to go or someone makes them an offer they can’t refuse.
