Tottenham’s youngsters are performing superbly – but at what cost?
Too much is being asked of Spurs' decimated squad - these players have earned the right to some reinforcements before the window shuts
Shameful

I’ve notice a few fans actually have pity , lovely feeling when a Brum fan is empathetic towards a spurs fan
Thanks Daniel
Strange way to make his point though. He says transfer fees are a red herring as they are amortised. Does he know that wages aren’t paid upfront for the whole contract?
Massive difference between OPEX and Capex. My CFO is terrified of OPEX costs and changes, capex spend meh - fill your boots and invest how you want (within reason)Strange way to make his point though. I had no idea who he was until recently, but he’s been getting more and more weird since he popped into my consciousness.
The person who created it has stepped back from it and said his analysis and raw data were both wrong.agree dismiss it as it doesn’t suit your pro Levy agenda. He’s doing a fine job and his ambitious strategy will surely see us win the PL next season
I was suspicious of the data, as 5m in 1991 was about 9.3m in 2021, not 51m. The Rebrov amount would have been worth 53.8m in todays money.
To be honest these sort of numbers aren't relevant, as also a significant lot more money in the game nowadays. Much more relevant would be pegged against turnover
Don't think the Deloitte table should be decribed as a rich list as it's solely based on revenue not how much a club has in the bank. Spurs have the 9th largest revenue of the world's football clubs but we also have a a high debt of £677 million so are we rich , I don't think so and on paper as you say we are bound to publish a loss when the full accounts come out. What I don't understand is the bit in the tweet saying money is put through Enic associated companies. I see we publish a loss but how can we be 9th richest club but making losses
Capex is the next CFO's problemMassive difference between OPEX and Capex. My CFO is terrified of OPEX costs and changes, capex spend meh - fill your boots and invest how you want (within reason)
Not just that but you also have to look at what we were spending compared to others too..... The whole thing is just something else for people to moan about.

Yes because everything is going so fucking well.
You ever get bored constantly defending our owners? No, of course not.
Which is also down to Levy, don't forget the great manager search of 2023The problem with us being 15 while our entire squad has been fucked with lower body injuries is Ange.
Said debt being exempt from FFP/PSR consideration, mind you.Don't think the Deloitte table should be decribed as a rich list as it's solely based on revenue not how much a club has in the bank. That is long term debt and manageable - it’s the opposite of Woolwich's short term debt (which is how they paid their stadium). It costs us £25M paDon't think the Deloitte table should be decribed as a rich list as it's solely based on revenue not how much a club has in the bank. Have a day off mate. Please. Not just that but you also have to look at what we were spending compared to others too..... The whole thing is just something else for people to moan about.

Every fucking thread I'm reading is cluttered with your posts defending and making excuses for the ownership.
It's getting really fucking boring. Just read the room, yeah?
