If that’s what people are angry about they are idiots.
They (concerts etc) are not prioritised in any way. They are are scheduled to fit around the football team events. And all revenue from concerts etc go to the football club (not ENIC) - as well as all revenue from football.

Yes Daniel...Of course Daniel

Levy’s incompetence in running the football side of the business fucks me right off. If there’s a better owner out there for us I’m all fucking for it.

But if these anti ENIC fuckwits don’t even understand what it is they should actually be angry about, how are they ever going to achieve anything?

Complaining about the concerts/NFL is actually complaining about a revenue stream that goes directly into the football club. Anyone that wants us to spend more money would be a fucking idiot if they want us to stop the other revenue streams.

You don’t have to be Levy to read a simple fucking balance sheet.

Just sick of it. He takes the fans for mugs.

Their whole strategy is selling the illusion to compete. We are basically never in a position to compete where we have players all growing together to peak. Because as soon as a player becomes that good, they want out, because they don’t want to wait around for the team to actually be in a position to challenge.

Romero will leave this summer. Club will cash in. Probably promote Dragusin to replace him who is nowhere near good enough instead of pushing the boat out for someone like Guehe.

Gray and Bergvall will be the next ones who once they become that good, they’ll want out because Levy will have failed to bring in top quality alongside them. We buy young, develop them and then we lose our best players. Success is a side effect as opposed to the main aim. We don’t buy to win.

It’s a cycle I’ve seen for 25 years now. It’s always the same. Only time it wasn’t, was under Poch. And that is looking like a fluke.

I’ve got to the point where I just can’t be arsed with it. There’s better ways to spend our time. Unfortunately the club we love is held hostage by a fucking cunt called Levy and there is nothing we can do about it.

What a superb post 👏 👏

Isak or Gyokeres, Nico Williams and Zubimedi are off the table for us this summer - can’t compete with the nation state / Petroscum clubs

April fools day today, sadly every day under this mob is April fools day

We will compete when we get a new stadium
We want to win trophies
We understand the clubs DNA

The same tricks played on us for 25 years and there are still over 40 people on here who think the above is genuine.

The greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing people he doesn’t exist. A line from the Usual Suspects

Well Keyser Soze ia an amateur at deception by comparison in my opinion

Will the Levy fanboys ever have a penny drop moment

I am only going to call him Keyser Soze from now on

At least people can take the hotel off the list of things to moan about just the circa £3 million spent and its "nonrecourse to the Club"

Up at Blackpool must close your curtains before a match starts 😊

The thing about the hotel is that it sits in a different company (Tottenham Hotspur Hotel Limited) and with no loans held against the club then ENIC can sell it off easily enough and not use the proceeds towards the team. Basically the opposite of the much maligned Chelsea owners have done with selling the hotel to themselves. Unless this is what ENIC are planning but I very much doubt it as it would mean them putting their own cash in to finance that.

What’s more possible is that they develop the hotel with a partner or sell the site to a hotel developer retaining some of the future profits all while pocketing the cash themselves.

So it can still be moaned about! 😂

Hi bus-conductor bus-conductor , I’m angry about many things about Tottenham under Levy, some of which you have posted and some of which others have posted.

I’m currently liking Aphex ’s posts on this, I just have little time to post a lot here, so resort to digs sometimes.

I, also, in no way wish to criticise those who still like Levy/ENIC. I’ve just decided that I’m Levy/ENIC out, there’s little I can do and I’m not going back to Levy/ENIC in.

42% wages to income. Will easily be the lowest in the league. They just dont want to compete.

Thanks for this more informative detail. Balance Sheets can hide a number of things but these figures raise questions that have not been discussed.
Levy’s Salary
It is well down on the previous year, Why? On what basis hopefully because of the poor Football outcome but we do not know and it is still massive.
Kane
He was reported to have been sold for 100m but the amount of transfer income is much lower presumably because we are still owed some of it.
Wages
This figure is down which should not be a surprise as Kane & Lloris the 2 highest paid players left. Also with fewer matches played presumably less win bonuses some of the players presumably actually earns less that the previous season.
Much is made of this wages to income ratio but surely to a player it is more important what in cash terms his salary is than any ratio. Total player wage bills of all the PL teams would be a better comparison although I would not expect it to show us near the top but also not last.
Wages are not the only thing that attracts players and trophies are another major factor. I think that is more important and why we do not attract the top players.
Debt
Debt has gone up and presumably because of buying players as it is Football debt that has increased.

At least we do not waste any money paying tax.

None of the above is meant as support for Levy.
The real problems are not in the accounts but known to us all in the lack of playing success. We need to win something and clearly the top 4 non trophy does not cut it. Buying young players like Gray and Bergvale is a good plan but we also need match winners. Tottenham have always had match winners which win matches despite the overall performance. Greaves, Hoddle &Kane being the most notable. Not any more. Son is past his best and only Romero could be classed as world class and as a defender not a match winner.
We need to go all out to get a match winner but why would a player of that quality come to Spurs when we never win anything?

The hotel company is just a subsidiary of the main controlling company which is Tottenham Hotspur Limited, the same logic of selling off could apply to the stadium, the training ground or the men's/women's team which are all separate subsidiary companies of THL.
