If that's your idea of a protest then lmao

That wasn't a protest, it was an opportunity to boo the pantomime villain.

We had a protest outside the stadium a few wends ago, 5 seconds of booing doesn't compare anywhere near to that 😉

You used to be quite good about whataboutary but this isn’t your finest

It was an objection to the current status quo & a heads up that people haven’t forgotten & he needs step up

Google “objection “

Anyways I’m off to Bratislava 🥳

Funny how whataboutery is a word used when factual evidence is bought up isn't it.

A 5 second opportinistic boo is not a protest no matter how much if makes you feel better about yourself.

You should probably just go to Bratislava and chill out, it's not worth the Internet points.

So basically we're ending the season not knowing if our manager is staying or going, if the captain is staying or going and if our best player is gonna be staying or going this summer. They really have to start making these decisions ASAP

Who has to make decisions? Our DOF doesn’t start until July and the incumbents are bigger frauds than Steve Hitchen. As always, Donna and Daniel will dither and wreck another season

I don't know anything but imo, Chairman and Board would know they dodged a bullet. Imagine losing that final..it was gift wrapped really all things considered.

I can't see how they would chance again what most rational people who actually watch the football and follow the club have witnessed over the last season (not the paid mouthpieces/ex-players/ pundits/journalists etc). Too much at stake and I would expect that they will make decisions based on the business, not sentiment of people who really have nothing to do with any of that side of things.

a little while ago they were saying on talksport that they heard big rumours from wealthy people about a takeover in 18 months...surely you'd try and fastrack that now.

appreciate a takeover of a club is a big deal, but the club is now at a crossroads which is hugely important and if it fucks this up then we could take years to get back into the CL. if youre about to takeover a club, its in a position now youd love, CL football and an opportunity to clean everything you dont want out.

Make the announcement tomorrow; get him gone.

And begin the transfers, 'cause we're already behind.

Pull your fucking finger out you dithering bald fuck.
Transfer window doesn't open for 6 full days.

And having a transfer rumour tweeted is not a required pre-transfer activity.

Some of you really are Charlie Brown falling for Lucy holding the (American) football when it comes to this fantastical takeover.

There's. Not. Going. To. Be. A. Takeover. Stop clicking on these articles.

If Levy were as coldly rational about getting the best possible value to sell the club as many assume, he would have sold years ago.

Being the Football Chairman Who Knows Business is his life's work, he's never voluntarily leaving. He's the type of guy who works until he's dead.

If the Lewis estate decides it wants to/needs to sell we've got a chance, but until then don't bother.

All of these articles are based on journalists entertaining the idea that there's someone out there that's willing to satisfy both Levy's demand to pay a billion more than the club is worth, and also to leave Levy in charge of the whole thing and act as a silent partner.

Critical thinking is fucking dead.

Well yeah that's the other thing, the club *is* seeking outside investment for minority non-controlling shares (haven't they said so publicly?), which is totally sensible and what many other peer clubs are doing, so there are in fact a lot of meetings occurring with moneyed investor-types who are theoretically rich enough to buy the whole club.

But because it's Levy and Spurs, alluding to those meetings being full takeover talks are catnip clickbait.

It's frustrating. Levy and Lewis should sell, for their benefit and ours. But it's more obvious by the year that they're never going to.
