Don't know , not sure anybody really knows what's happening but Charrington did replace Glinton as a person with significant control of TH Ltd and then was made a director of the company, so looks like he is the rep of the Lewis family trust on the board .
Apparently he lives in the Bahamas.

According to Companies House at the moment Caplehorn only has two appointments, she is on the board of TH Women Ltd and TH Football Co Ltd, she has held directorships in various companies under the TH Limited umbrella but resigned from all of them apart from the two mentioned.
I don't think resignations mean someone is out of favour e.g at the moment Cullen is still director of TH Foundation and the School of excellence.

The part of the company that really matters and controls everything is Tottenham Hotspur Ltd , under it's umbrella you find TH Women Ltd , TH Stadium Ltd and a load of others which are all subsidiaries of TH Ltd , which at the moment just has the four directors.

Up to the minute news from Companies House, TH Limited now has five directors again.

3 Jun 2025AP01Appointment of Mr Vinaichandra Guduguntla Venkatesham as a director on 2 June 2025

He has also been added to the board of..
TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR FOOTBALL & ATHLETIC CO. LTD (00057186)

Just did a quick search on Companies House and it seems although Vinny was CEO at the Woolwich he was never on the board, he was a director of the Woolwich Foundation but that's all.
So is Levy behind all this or new investors ?

Interesting...So this was posted in April 2025 on Spurs community, almost 6 weeks ago. I'm not saying its 100% facts, but it was posted before all the events and rumours since the Europa League final. Maybe Levy is on borrowed time after all.

Something has already changed, Lewis has brought in Charrington as non executive director and given him control of his shares. This as happened for a reason, he is obviously unhappy,

I have seen this happen before at one of Tavistock's other UK based businesses, the appointment of a non-executive, review of operations, then changes at board level. Charrington will and remove Levy if necessary, he has a history of getting underperforming businesses to reach their potential.

Lewis also gave our board of directors the privilege of being able to remove and appoint a new Chairman some time ago, 3/4 of the board needed to vote him out, This was done to avoid complacency at board level but obviously hasn't happened, they have all got to comfortable with each other and are now all complacent.

FWIW, my press mate recons big investment coming into Spurs. Lots of 'money men' at club headquarters and they have appointed KPMG accountants.

Getting back into the Champions League has probably unlocked the door to the price ENIC wanted. Looking more like Ange was asked to win Europa - AT ALL COSTS.

The comment from Ange that the decision wasn't popular with everyone at the club might suggest that the board was not in agreement with the decision - knowing that their positions were at risk.

I suspect there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than we have been led to believe. Wouldn't surprise me if there has been an element of some people wanting us to fail in order for the asking price to fall. Talk of leaks within the club and the medical team debacle stinks of an element of sabotage; and possible war at board level to take the club away from Levy.

Tottenham board appointment could signal takeover

As shown by Companies House, as of earlier this month, Peter Charrington has been appointed as a non-executive director at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in an interesting move.

Charrington has essentially replaced Bryan Glinton on the board of directors, and is a financial engineer with a comprehensive CV in offering advice on matters such as takeovers and buyouts.

The connection has been put together by former Everton CEO Keith Wyness, who has explained that news pointing to a takeover could emerge by the end of the season, as Charrington’s arrival is suggested to be a helping hand towards ENIC selling up.

“I looked at Charrington’s background, and there’s no doubt he is a really high-level financial engineer. You could say he’s being brought onto the board to strengthen Spurs’ hand in negotiating any deal coming through,” Wyness told Football Insider (22 March).

“He’s got the financial experience and brain to offer that sort of advice, he’s a valuable asset. It could be a sign of Spurs looking to get a takeover deal done.

“I did think there would be news on that. Hopefully by the end of this season, if anything is going to be done, we will hear something. So far there have been no statements and no proof of a deal moving forward, so it’s a case of watch this space.”

We can announce that Peter Charrington, Director of ENIC and former CEO of Citi Private Bank, will be joining the board as Non-Executive Director.

Peter brings a wealth of experience and networks from the corporate, financial and banking sectors having spent more than 25 years at Citi Bank.

Peter Charrington: “Tottenham Hotspur is an iconic Club and I am incredibly honoured to be taking up a place on its board. I am looking forward to working closely with Daniel and the board to help the Club achieve long-term success.”

So much speculation and nobody really has a clue what is happening, I did like this line from a post taken from SC " he has a history of getting underperforming businesses to reach their potential. ", since when were Spurs an underperforming business financially , Levy has increased the infrastructure and financial value of the club beyond probably even Lewis's expectations.
Charrington has no football expertise so maybe he is trying to get some capital investment for the projects that Levy has spoken about.
On Cullen resignation , I know Cullen has been at the club for years but there was no fuss when Rebecca Caplehorn resigned from the directorships of twelve Spurs companies including the top one , Tottenham Hotspur Limited on 11th November 2020, Caplehorn is still has directorships at two of Spurs companies and is still seen at many games.
