Youre just proving peoples point about the posting style you choose to have.
We bought plenty of players the last few summers..... not sure why there is this narrative that we dont or haven't.
We don't buy them early enough, we dont buy them late enough, we spend too little on wages, we spend too much on fees, the players aren't tall enough, they played for a club I dont like, they are too young, they aren't promising enough prospects....
There is always, always a complaint at the ready.
