Will be levy and Enics last season. Arab or American takeover will happen

I’d take the Arabs over Levy. Hate saying it’s got to that point, but it has. Daniel Levy is incompetent, deluded and arrogant
I just want owners who want the club to compete with our rivals and peers. And do everything within their power to make that happen.
I don't care what race, religion or ethnicity they are. This aversion I keep seeing towards Arabs is borderline racism imv

I am sick and tired of this piece of shit.

We are a fucking laughing stock. To the point where people are genuinely saying shit like “Spurs wasn’t a step up from Palace, I’m glad Eze has gone to Woolwich”.

I have always disliked Levy but now I genuinely hate him. He needs to be forced out. Fucking parasite.

For the most part, the aversion is to state owned clubs, not Arabs.

There are also people that would swap levy for Mr. Marinakis, when it’s more likely than not that Marinakis is a heroin kingpin that has had people killed. Thats a no for me. If we picked up new owners that were responsible for global atrocities, I’d find a new club.

9 days to put right an unacceptable summer and if not, it's 9 months of difficulty.

We have gone from bragging rights in May to something akin to an imitation of a big club.

And we need news today ot over the weekend, or time will run out.

9 days.

I'm sure there is a happy medium between Levy and him!

The thing is, the way this discourse works is that spending money is inherently linked with the Chelsea and City projects in peoples minds, and so whenever a team strengthens aggressively, it becomes a paranoid conspiracy hunt because CLEARLY such a thing can only be tied to oil wealth in some way.

It's not enough for Marinakis to be an obnoxious person of low moral character, it must be that the money he's investing into the club is "tainted" in a way that can be equated to Abramovich and Sheikh Mansour.

It's a dumb tic that people have.

Whilst I disagree with some of the more “fanciful” things ENIC Outers are wee bitches about, the general crux of them selling up and or replacing Levy is something I can agree with.

His last chance for me was for the club to act fast and aggressively in the market on both incomings and outgoings and it, and therefore he, have failed miserably.

Credit to him for all the things he’s done well for the club, but the fuckup column is just too full now. Even if he springs a couple of massive surprises in the window by acting with a not seen before largess, it’s still too late for me.

Like you, I think Levy is now damaged goods, in as much as even doing things his preferred way has led to two failed bids, the second of which only occurred because the first fell through, and even if it is a decision Gibbs'White lives to regret.

I am really cautious about hoping we see a change of ownership however, because we only have to look at Everton and Leicester for example, to see how it can end. Indeed look at Forest, who could easily become the nect drama.

What always matters to me us the quality of the tean. Levy needs to ensure (doing his best is not enough) that the club buy/bring in 2/3 players in the next few days.

Then we need to see some kind of change but what that looks like I am less clear about.

Leaving aside whether it's a good or a bad thing, I just think it's really important to understand how much higher of a price bracket we are in than those clubs. It's a totally different strata of buyers that would be in the market for Spurs.

I know, which utterly changes or reduces who could even afford the lawyers!!!

Nonetheless Levy is going to get pelters if we don't see players in the coming days, and like Aberdeen Yid, I think something needs to change.

Did the same in 2008. Won a cup. Sold our two best players and replaced one of them with Frazier Campbell. Levy puts the breaks on any success as to dare is too expensive.

That was Berbatov, who wanted to leave in truth. I remember the Newcastle game where he all but refused to come on as sub. That was unprofessional.

I think there are times when the hands of all chairman are tied.

This summer should not have seen what has unfolded so far.

Agree Berba was out of line. But to sell Keane when you know Berbatoss is acting up was negligent.

Also agree. This summer’s transfer window is a disgrace. Building from a position of strength… nah. Fuck it. Let’s spend even less when we finish 17th. Wankers

That's your prerogative, obviously.
However, I suspect many Newcastle fans were once saying exactly the same thing but I doubt any of them would now swap their current 'Arabs' back for Mike Ashley

Most fans stick with their club regardless of the owners. Good or bad

I don't think our very own Mr Lewis is exactly squeaky clean anyway mate
