Whomever is (really) in charge now. As that's how it works - the person at the top is accountable for everything. The good, the bad and the ugly, was Levy, and so it will be with the next person (if Charrington is permanent or someone else later).
You know as well as I do that there’s a faction on here won’t consider anything good happening to be due to the person at the top.
Not sure I wholly believe all of this. The investment might be some debt –> equity, which would be good, while further strengthening Enic's holding. Or it might be a dilution of Enic's holding by selling, say, 20% to another investor. Musical chairs.
If a major sponsorship deal, i.e., stadium (and/or training ground) naming rights was imminent, then I would have thought Levy would have waited to take the credit before bowing out.
I've always thought Spurs should achieve sustained 'big time' success, augmenting the global brand, in order to maximise the value of a naming rights deal. Selling naming rights now would not do that.
