More to do with the performances than pricing. Back in the days of few STand mainly pay at the gate it was much more marked with attendances dropping a lot after poor performances. I still remember a match at home to Blackpool in Division 1 after poor results a crowd of 19000 and yet 50000 was not unusual for big matches.
So true. Over the years I’ve been to loads of games where it was nowhere near the sell out. And it was generally not because of ticket prices, but quality, the strangest seasons were the Wembley ones. We hit less than 30k against Watford one game and yet got 81k twice ( Liverpoo and Arse Anal )

I've been fishing about online to try and find out why Lewis would even be on Trump's radar. Apparently there's a medical and science park in Florida called 'Lake Nona Medical City' and back in 2005 Lewis' company Tavistock Group donated $12.5 million and 50 acres of land to the University of Central Florida to help establish a medical school there.
