Said multiple times thru the years - the angst and protests were always misdirected at Levy. Levy was just an employee who was fulfilling his brief, obvious by his compensation and ongoing employment.
Change For Tottenham had momentum and gave it away.
Well not really. Levy was complicit in every decision, every transfer and every strategy.
ENIC is / was, essentially a Daniel Levy and Joe Lewis double act.
But Daniel Levy was the half that bared his arse and ran the club.
... So inevitably the criticism was aimed at him.
Obviously nobody, either on the 'in' or 'out' side, could foresee a situation where Levy was canned but Lewis (his clan) retained control.
Woolwich are going to win the league and we stood by and watched them build to do it.

I've heard from extremely reliable sources that a man and woman duo possessing vast experience in both the football and business world are currently hashing out a plan to buy out Enic and seize control of the football club , there is a strong belief from all parties that a deal can be done and the two potential investors in question believe they have the wealth and know how to build Tottenham into a footballing dynasty ...................................................

Booing the club, manager are fine.
I don’t like targeting booing of players that are trying and not good enough (Sanchez for example)

It's spontaneus frustration regarding the poor quality of the THFC signings.
This whole loyalty argument is bullshit.
Spurs supporters have been too loyal for too long in my opinion.
Not getting angry 15 - 20 years ago, about what Daniel Levy was doing at Spurs, with the jam tomorrow nonsense, is the actual reason Spurs find themselves in the crisis that is now engulfing the club.
There was never anything clever about what Daniel Levy did.
Some people bought into it and encouraged others to do so.
He alienated Spurs from other football clubs, and football people, with his Modus Operandi.
Now he's been fucked off, with a wheelbarrow full of money, for being shit and someone else will have to deal with the mess he has left behind.
Sanchez does not control the poor quality of THFC signings. I think that was wrong.
I get the fans were frustrated that Sanchez should have been moved on earlier but that's the clubs fault and not his. Sanchez always put in the effort.
I wish the fans would focus their boos more on ownership, but I get why booing poor players is easier.
I think Spurs fans tolerate more of this than other clubs is my point.
When the fans do turn it is usually after a lot of mistakes by the same player.
Booing doesn't help the player of course but;

So It's the poor, under invested product they've delivered that becomes the focus of fans frustrations.
Exactly this. We pay the highest ticket prices and we deserve a better product.
Imagine paying big bucks for a top of the range washing machine. But every time you put your whites in they come out with black stains and stink of shit.
You'd probably end up giving the thing a good kicking while calling it a pile of wank before you think about targeting the manufacturer with a damning review and a one star rating

Sorry JT but that analogy doesn't work at all. Surely it would be better to say:
"Imagine you knew of a really expensive washing machine that everyone including you knew was shit, but you bought it anyway (presumably out of loyalty to the brand), then you got frustrated when it proved to be shit, so told everyone how shit it was, to which they replied "well you knew it was shit, why did you buy it?" ". That's a better reflection of our reality isn't it? Everyone can buy tickets or not, it's everyone's choice, no one forces anyone to pay money or support the club in any way.
Logically following from there, with regard to "we deserve a better product" - no, you don't deserve anything. You would like a better product, we all would, the club is a fucking shit show right now, but god only knows where this bizarre notion of 'deserving' comes from with you. No one asked you to support the club, any money you spend on it is entirely your choice, and it's not as though you've been tricked into thinking the owners are very benevolent etc, you have been banging the drum about how terrible they are for a very long time, so you of all people deserve absolutely nothing in return for your 'support' (and I use that word in its widest possible sense with you for obvious reasons...) in any of its forms, financial or otherwise.
Of course we all want the club to be better in every way, so perhaps that's what you really mean and this is just me being pedantic on your clumsy terminology, but your apparent entitlement on that topic is utterly without foundation.
If you just mean it's shit that we appear to have no long-term plan, lurching from manager to manager and style to style, with a scattershot approach to buying players, and little or no consideration of what our squad actually needs, then yes I fully agree with that at the moment, sadly.

After the wash finishes I'd start singing we want Hotpoint out we want Hotpoint out... then I'd do some maths and work out how much it would cost to replace and then pivot to blaming the non bio washing pods and fabric softener!!!
