ENIC In or ENIC Out

We are somehow still not taking relegation topic seriously I feel.

These ENIC losers have no idea what they are exposing the team and the fans to.

West Ham are not going down. They are moving mountains to give Nuno what he needs to make sure he keeps them up. You can bet your hard earned money he most likely will manage to do that.

So, who is going to be the 3rd team? Look at the table and see who could it be. Tell me, the way we perform currently, the state of our team, the performance, etc. etc., does not put us at the top of the list. We are the least stable, pressure-proof club of that relegation-bound list.

We need to be serious. I am afraid the ENIC losers along with their CEO joker either not taking ti seriously or they are steering us there on purpose.
You just see how stupid Frank was in saying the club has ambitions by thinking to sign Semenyo to know how out of touch ENIC and Vinai cunt are.

In fairness mate, as much as I hate them, Rangers are every bit as big a club as Spurs, if not bigger. And in terms of fan expectations, they blow Spurs out the water.

The league they’re in holds them and Celtic back, but if they were ever to get into the English Pyramid, both clubs would be competing for the title within 10 years and would have revenues in the same region as ourselves and all the other big 6 clubs.

Spurs : 4 European trophies

Rangers: 1 European trophy

Rangers and Celtic have been in long term decline vs Europe’’s elite, and remain so. Their global fan base will also be in decline. Small town bigotry between shite clubs isn’t that attractive globally - if people new to the sport even notice them tbh

I admit tho that since Poch left we’ve hardly been that attractive for a global fan base

And more likely they could if in PL- and well managed - become Newcastle rather than Liverpool or City

They’d be minority owners though wouldn’t they….

Ultimate ownership of the Club

Of the total issued ordinary share capital of Tottenham Hotspur Limited (THL), ENIC SPORTS INC. (ENIC) ownership is 87.62% (from 86.91%) to reflect shares allotted in October 2025. ENIC also owns the one THL convertible A share.

Mr D Levy and certain members of his family are potential beneficiaries of discretionary trusts which ultimately own 29.88% of the share capital of ENIC.

A discretionary trust of which certain members of Mr J Lewis's family are potential beneficiaries ultimately owns 70.12% of the share capital of ENIC.
We just need someone with bollocks to buy the whole thing.

How do you mean?

He’s selling his stake which is roughly 30%, not the whole club, of course the figure’s lower than the valuation being thrown around before...that was for 100% ownership, not a minority stake.
Jesus Christ. I know how %'s work. But thank you for that very informative piece.

It values the club at around where experts value it at. They were turning down approaches in that ball park. But now he's fecked off, he'll gladly take the realistic valuation.

Another ENIC accomplishment. Fans beginning to (if not already do) see Rangers as bigger than Tottenham...smh

If there is truth to the Hong Kong consortium I could see them buy Levy's shares and slowly start to take over more and more shares.
There's no amount of shares they can buy that'd take them past 49% ownership.

Unless ENIC want to give up ownership.

Edit: Just had a look. Because Levy owned ENIC's Spurs shares, who control ~86.7% of the club. Even with buying Levy's shares, and the remaining ~13% of shares.

That individual/consortium could only own a ~39% stake in the club with Levy and all non-ENIC owned shares. Without ENIC sanctionong sale of their own shares, that's not reality.

I just cant understand what metrics people use to come out with such bollocks.

We've won more European trophies
We have a much bigger global fanbase
We have a social media following that dwarfs there's
We have a bigger stadium
We play in a far superior league
Our revenue is 10 x theirs

It's just mad

Some of the young fans cannot comprehend the fact that Tottenham Hotspur is a BIG club. They just cannot understand what Tottenham Hotspur FC was and what it means. Some are lucky to have father or grandfather who can explain and tell stories. However, some are not as lucky, and just see what ENIC's Tottenham Hostpur is, and therefore cannot really understand where we, older fans, come from when we talk or discuss THFC.

I've only been a fan since 1990 but even then I knew the club had a rich and prestigious history.
