ENIC In or ENIC Out

  • Total voters

Why the outrage about a few dozen strangers that probably just don’t think it matters if they change their vote? Or haven’t logged in for a year?

Do you think ENIC have an eye on the poll and will sell if it hits a low of 20 in?

Goes to check where your vote is.....

Right - out. I'll answer.

This poll is the Spurs version of the general election.
The sort of people who would vote Reform even if they knew full well they'd be the ones to suffer.
68 people currently want the board that is taking us down to stay.
Most of them voted that way on the basis "it'll never be as bad as the 90's"

It's much, much worse.

Changed it over a year ago. Have seen arseholes I have on ignore (when I get nosey and press the button) still tagging me in their bullshit though. Which shows that it doesn’t really matter. Nothing we do on here makes a blind bit of difference, does it?

Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve always got a list of a few hundred things that make me angrier than this stuff. But, you do you.

I am tempted to change my vote back now, just to boil piss……

You're better than that.
And you're better off using those that voted in as a list of people better off ignored.

In fact, Admin Admin could use them as users to cull.

Every bit helps. As fans we often feel we have no voice and we probably don't. But all we can do is voice our opinions and concerns.

I imagine that this forum is one of the biggest Tottenham forums? If so, then the polls on here must mean something, even if most likely ignored. But atleast there is always a chance that the opinion does get out and our voice is heard

I think Phomesy Phomesy is another poster who will change his vote. He usually is a solid poster with decent opinions. I'd be very surprised if he was still pro-Enic. Surely just an old vote.

Better than what? Whatever it is, I’m not sure I am, but fire away.

Just had a look at the in list. Around 20 posters I like and enjoy and another 50 I’ve never heard of. But I’m perfectly happy with my present ignore list.

Every bit doesn’t help though. What good is this without actual action? You just got reminded to change your vote because someone you don’t even know typed your username into a forum, so I’m not sure you take it even remotely seriously. And what’s happened since you changed? We been bought by Kuwait this lunchtime?

The only thing I can see this vote achieving is if someone on here starts a proper ENIC Out movement and uses the out voters as allies. Get a couple of dozen together, they all invite a few each to protests, they all invite a few, etc. Until then, pixels on a screen.

ENIC might buckle under sustained fan pressure, thousands attending protests, walkouts, etc, but they’ll almost certainly just sell when they are good and ready to do so.

Better than doing petty things to piss fellow fans off.
A united fan base is a better fan base, and you know what side of the ENIC debate we should all be on.

DO you know what? This came as a complete surprise to me as I don't recall actually "voting" because I've always been ambivalent about ENIC as a) there's nothing I can really do about the ownership as I'm not Elon Musk and b) I've always hated State ownership of football clubs and think it should be illegal.

But the one thing I've always felt about ENIC is that they are at least basically "competent". Everything that's happened since I was there in Bilbao to see Son hold up the Europa League Trophy has been not just incompetent but downright catastrophic.

As such you are absolutely correct and I will be changing my vote.

The actual fuck is wrong with this club?

As if the refs conspiring against us isn't bad enough, we're literally self destructing from the inside.

How fucking hard can it be to avoid hiring fucking gooners?
It is bizzare the self sabotage ever since we hired Vinai.

I feel like nearly everyone at the club secretly hates us or certainly did in the past. We've a former chelsea captain playing for us. We've a former Woolwich CEO making all the decisions. We now have Woolwich fans all over our scouting department. God knows where else its going on, maybe all our medical staff are west ham fans?

We were desperate to sign Eze for nearly 70m and look how much he hates us? He can only score against us and then he's mocking us with his celebrations. He absolutely hates us for whatever reason. Yet he nearly signed for us! How many players have we signed who also feel the same way? It is a scary situation. I've no doubt that the fans currently care alot more for this football club than anyone remotely involved anymore from the owners all the way down to the players.

Atleast when you had club trained players (Kane, Rose, Winks, etc) or even a long term staff (Levy, Pleat, etc) that you knew they cared somewhat and felt hurt or embarrassed when things weren't going well for the club. Everyone at the club currently only cares about saving their own reputation and they can't wait to leave the club high and dry. None of them actually care about the football club or what we stand for.

I wouldnt be surprised if the players are now playing badly to get us relegated because we dared boo at them!

Fire him (out of a cannon)
Shouldn't even hesitate.

When them up the road moved into their cookie cutter stadium, the fans went mental that it wasn't homely.
They actually went out of their way to make it more "theirs"

What are we doing?
Hosting more and more non-THFC events, hiring more and more people who have no love for our football team.
Making a constant arse of ourselves.
It's almost as if the board have decided the football team is a burden and we want rid of it.
