Some very quick googling and reading on Reddit and it seems to be run by Ng Wing Fai, a Hong Kong based financier that tried to buy us through his other investment firm, Firehawk Holdings, last fall.
Also worth noting based on their LinkedIN profile that they seem to be less of a company to own sports teams, and more of a middle hand. They buy stakes and then re-sell them. So these shares in ENIC will probably be moved on once again.
It would be hilarious if he ended up buying an NBA franchise and had to photographed around 6’7” inch guys for the rest of his life.
Depends how the Lewis clan treat them. They could completely lock them out if they want to. The minority shareholding gives them no rights.

These guys are probably not going to invest anything. This company seems to be more of a re-seller. Think like using a used car vendor instead of directly selling your old car yourself.
Eight Sport are going to sell this stake off within the not too distant future I think.

So basically, we have no idea who owns 25% of the club and probably won't know who buys the shares from this Eight Sports Capital company. This seems like a more convoluted way for the real buyer to buy 25% on the down low.
This significant financial injection will not, in principle, mean a change in direct sporting management. Levy will retain operational control and the club presidency, but the arrival of these new capital partners is aimed at boosting the club’s financial growth on a global scale.

So Levy retains a 4.89% stake, below the threshold that would forbid him from taking control of another club.
