To be honest, we don't deserve shit in that competition.
We were awful vs Qarabag, Ferencvaros and AZ. Humiliated and should've conceded minimum 8 to Galatasaray. Also should've lost to Roma...and tonight Rangers were so much better and worthier of the 3 pts.
Even if we qualify for the playoffs or go straight through to the next round, we'll get beat by any half decent team.
I mean, I can understand both sides in this regard.
Forster has been the reserve and thus not gotten much playing time. So people were rightly cautious. But kudos to him proving people wrong once he found form.
not blaming him for being happy, it’s a decent result for Rangers all things considered, if anything they should be gutted they didn’t win it.
I just mean he’s raving about what a fantastic game it was, when really, if we had anything about us we could have out that Rangers side down with a few goals. Our massively poor form and lack of cohesive plan means we got outplayed by them tonight.
I just mean that wasn’t the footballing spectacle he and the other comms made out, it was a fun for neutrals, decent energy, low quality game.
