Match Europa League - 12th December - Rangers (A) 8PM

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Fair enough, mate. I totally get that everyone’s entitled to their own perspective as supporters of the club. Personally, and this is just my opinion, not a slight, but if your reason for sticking with Ange is rooted in sentimentality, you might want to brace yourself for a bit of heartbreak.

From what we know right now and based on the evidence we are seeing on the pitch, I just can’t see how keeping him will help us achieve anything significant this season or in the future. My logic (and emotion in this situation) is telling me that we can still win a trophy this season, but by sticking with him, it feels like we're giving that up before we have even had a chance.
What makes you think we can win a trophy? Not done it in 15 years. One club outside the usual cunts have won either domestic trophies in last 10 years . The clubs wanked money on average youngsters and average pros. Threadbare squad, loads of injuries, games every 3 days. Yet you think we should be hunting champions league or cruising into a cup final.
A new manager bounce with no centre backs and the same wingers, same investment - what’s the point.

Thats always the defence of the moaning and carping brigade, isn't it? If you ain't joining in, you're a happy clapper!

A happy clapper as far as you're concerned being anyone who doesn't contribute a running commentary of complaints, bitching, slating performances, commitment and management and any and of all things Tottenham.

Does it occur to you, that we can see the mistakes, underperformers and faults - but we just choose to look forward to the good things, and actually feel good about the things we get right?

No we're not at the match - but the people that do attend are hardly shining beacons of passionate support are they?

I can take away from the game that as a team without it's best defenders, in possibly one of the most hostile stadiums in Britain, came away with a reasonable result and effectively outplayed the home team and our subs were
  • B. Austin ,
  • L. Bergvall

    72'
  • A. Dorrington
  • M. Hardy
  • D. Kulusevski
  • W. Lankshear
  • C. Olusesi
  • P. Sarr
  • D. Solanke
  • A. Whiteman
  • L. Williams-Barnett
Gray, Bentancur, Maddison, Kulusevski and Forster all played a notable part in our result - which for me is bonus
You however are probably boiling your piss - because we didn't lose, to (presumably) prove you right.
If you check the thread earlier I predicted a win if we put the strongest available side out, but Ange didn't do that until we went behind and then he brought on Kulu and Solanke.

He's as clueless as you Mick, but not half as boring

This is why the whole thing from Romero of

Oh we love the manager, We're so happy.

Is worthless. I don't care how jolly it is on the training pitch. If the players are really invested in the direction of the team, then show it in games. But this is the 4th game on the bounce that the team comes out of the dressing room without the right level of intensity (the second half on sunday more specifially than the first)

Personally I had no problem with their intensity; they ran around a lot and tended to give the ball away with no sense of an overall purpose. They ended up drawing against a side they should have put away by 4 or 5 .

But for me they didn’t weren’t lacking in intensity. Just capability .

Maybe it’s just me .

To be proper Spurs you have to want the manager sacked?

Righto then old boy. My mistake.

I'm a Spurs fan, I'm just sick of Spurs in the Premier League. I am actually enjoying watching football in the Europa. Teams I don't know, crazy atmospheres and we get to see more of players like Bergvall and Gray.

The PL I'm just waiting for the next Spurs drama where we either get fucked over or fuck ourselves over. Just don't need it.

I don’t know how any Spurs fan could have enjoyed that shite tonight

It was embarrassing

I want the manager sacked because our results and performances have been shit for nearly a year after he was first sussed against the Chavs playing a high line with nine men

The penny dropped with me then
