Fair enough, mate. I totally get that everyone’s entitled to their own perspective as supporters of the club. Personally, and this is just my opinion, not a slight, but if your reason for sticking with Ange is rooted in sentimentality, you might want to brace yourself for a bit of heartbreak.

From what we know right now and based on the evidence we are seeing on the pitch, I just can’t see how keeping him will help us achieve anything significant this season or in the future. My logic (and emotion in this situation) is telling me that we can still win a trophy this season, but by sticking with him, it feels like we're giving that up before we have even had a chance.

A happy clapper as far as you're concerned being anyone who doesn't contribute a running commentary of complaints, bitching, slating performances, commitment and management and any and of all things Tottenham.

Does it occur to you, that we can see the mistakes, underperformers and faults - but we just choose to look forward to the good things, and actually feel good about the things we get right?

No we're not at the match - but the people that do attend are hardly shining beacons of passionate support are they?

I can take away from the game that as a team without it's best defenders, in possibly one of the most hostile stadiums in Britain, came away with a reasonable result and effectively outplayed the home team and our subs were

A simple question : do you realise how by how many multiples we’ve outspent Rangers over the past , say 8 transfer windows. Transfer fees plus wages .

The answer, in case you didn’t realise ; it’s an absolute shit -load ( to use a bit of statistical terminology) .

For whatever reason all that money did absolutely sweet FA for us tonight.

Maybe it’s not all about the money ?
Just maybe other things actually come into play . Whatever they are.

We'll probably see echos of his quality if everyone around him is playing well, but he's just not gonna elevate a dysfunctional, weak attack when he's actually part of that dysfunction.
