As usual, several here can see the value of starting with a strong line-up, to blow the opposition away, allowing us to replace key players with younger ones after half time - and as usual the manager won't do this. He'll start with a dodgy eleven, put us under undue pressure and be forced to 'bring on the cavalry' after about 70 minutes. I can see us scraping through eventually, by the skin of our teeth, into the 4th round.

For those making obvious but slightly lazy comparisons between Marine and Tamworth. Yes both non-league but the golf between Level 5 and Level 8 is enormous. It's literally a whole football leagues difference again.
Of course we can rest and rotate but we can't send the youth 3rd team out here.

Davies, Dragu and Werner are the only ones I'm giving you here.

The rest? We haven't seen Archie Gray in midfield at all yet. Bergval has had the odd minute here and there and hasn't shown us much yet. Spence probably wouldn't get a game for Ange if he was the last right back alive on the planet. Yang Min? We're being overconfident about a teenager who hasn't even arrived in London yet.

A Mish mash of a line up of kids who haven't played together apart from the dragu-davies partnership against a team who will be playing literally their cup final?

Are Tamworth semi pro or full time professionals? See they have had two promotions in a row so they can’t have been FT for long if they are.

I’ve coached a few lads who have made the step up between non league and National league. And seen older guys who have gone vice versa.
Speed of thought and fitness then becomes the main difference. Most teams at that level now are training every day.

But they will definitely want it more. This Spurs team is a bit soft too often. You don’t want any players going missing.
 
Surely a good option to give someone minutes who needs them. Whether that is the likes of Spence or Lucas who are in and around first 11 but not quite getting a start, and then there might be others that need to get game time as they have been out such as Moore and Richi. 6-7 first teamers if that ilk, one of the back up goalies and 3 of the kids should be enough. Would Bentncur be available?
