I don't even think it's a case of the wrong environment for Igor. The club is just a clusterfuck right now, I can't see which other bloke could've come in and got instant results against woolwich or Fulham (had that one down as a draw to be fair).
I always thought it would take a few games to get this team playing with a bit more confidence.
As much as I agree with you about the next paragraph on man management. I also think giving these players a bit of a hug would be coming across as too soft, and a kick up the backside would give them the hump. The mentality/morale is all over the gaff with these lot I don't know what would be right or wrong haha.
Im optimistic about Thursdays game, but If we get nothing from it, then I think I'll start to get bit more concerned about where we are heading.
