Match Fulham (A) 1st March, 2pm

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I'd say that this is one of the games we have to win if we aren't going to be in the cardiac unit come what May. Woolwich scum game was no real indicator (injuries, league position, Tudor first week etc), but now it's really serious. If the players don't give 100% in this game, then it doesn't bode well about how much they really care about the club being relegated.

May I ask what you see & sense ? And what hallucinogenics it involves ?

( joking ) 😊

Ha....

Ww are struggling badly, much of that (at least for this sesson) because we failed to sack the previous manager although it was so clear it was necessary 2 months ago, and because we shamefully fell short in the winter window.

But I also sense that we will pull through, because of 2 things.

I genuinely think we do have a squad that is better than what it has shown. It needs to be brought together but the ability is there.

We also have a 4, effectively 5-point buffer between us and West Ham. But crucially this weekend.

If the gap between us and West Ham reduces by Sunday evening I don't know if we will cope.

It's one thing losing, expectedly to that lot, but only losing a point to West Ham. Lose on Sunday whilst West Ham pick up a point against a somewhat resurgent Liverpool and I think the pendulum swings.

Vicario
Spence Danso VDV Souza
Gallagher Palhinha
Muani Xavi Tel
Solanke

Subs: Austin, Porro, Dragusin, Byfield, Gray, Bissouma, LWB, Richarlison, Sarr

I think I'd go for a basic approach and not a 5 at the back. We are not drilled good enought to play that succesfully in my opinion.

So you wouldn’t agree that we’ve been on a steady decline since the start of the 24-25 season , some would argue since the Chelsea game the previous season . That would not suggest form but ability & our points tally over that period confirms that . But let’s say we’re are only looking at form , then the last 12 we are firmly 20th with a depleted squad

I do think the squad is hugely unbalanced & it’d be a struggle for any manager to get much out of them but yup Frank seemed to be hugely uninspiring but there has to come a point when you have to start looking for other reasons to us falling off a cliff 👍

Anyways this is a game thread , I hope to fuck we get a result , otherwise we are in real trouble

Fair points

Yes, let's hope we get a result of some note, but the real trouble is West Ham bettering us.

Each game that gap stays at 4 points, each game the pressure increases on them more than us.

If we get to 7 ahead, that's nearly it.

That team looks ok but I would have Richy in for Tel. Does the defensive duties better. He's a fighter , not sure Tel is.

I've just noticed something in the league table. Fulham have lost exactly the same amount of games as us. The only difference between us and them is that they have won 4 more games where we got draws. We were seconds away from a win at home to Man United, we were seconds away from a point against West Ham, we could have got a win against Liverpool if Simons hadn't got sent off, we could have got something at Old Trafford if Romero hadn't been sent off, we could have got something against Fulham earlier this season if it wasn't for Vicario's assist.

We can do this. We can get the win.

As long as Spence is not LB.

btw, Tudor should take Spence into his office, and say he will only get minutes if he gives 100pc. If he doesn't, he'll get hooked early. will make the sports news and hurt his WC chances. Cunt needs a crossbow bolt shot up his arse
Don’t think he’s going to the World Cup. I wouldn’t take him on the basis that he would prob not play and very likely to be a pain in the arse. Hall and Oreilly have taken spaces for left back , plus Livramento to come back from injury.

I could have fucked Scarlett Johansson if I asked and she said yes.

Hypotheticals are worth fuck all.

Assuming Danso and Udogie dont make it.

I would go with 4231 for this.

Using Tudor back 3 system.

Spence Palhinha VDV
Porro Gallagher Sarr Souza
Muani X.Simons
Solanke[/LINEUP]

Would start Souza, as Wilson while being a decent technical player isn't very physical.
Wilson is out for 12 months ACL.
