Should get the Jol "sacked at halftime" treatment.

There are some bad players out there but the setup, ethos, and attempts to play football and just general all-round crispness and standard of play are laughably bad. This is intolerable and can't continue.
That you think any manager is turning this around is laughable. Did you miss last season where this group of players downed tools in the league in February?

They are stealing a living and mugging you off week after week and you are worried about the geezer in the rain coat on the sideline...

I'm on repeat nowadays with what i'm about to say!

It's not the manager! It can't be manager after manager after manager after manager!

We have a shit squad, and has had for years. The ones holdin it together these past seasons were Harry and Sonny. Now that they're gone we fall apart.

Our defence has been a shambles the last 3-4 managers, do we really think that it's all down to those managers?

Look at Porro, Spence, Udogie, Romero, they all know jack shit about defending. And if you have a team that can't defend, you won't go anywhere in the best league in the world.

85% of the posters on here keeps talking about what attacking players we need to sign to take the next step.

What good will attacking signings do, when we can't defend?

We need 4 new signings desperately, and it's not attackers.

We need a goalkeeper, a right back, a left back , and a central defender. And we need leaders, now we have a bunch of boys and a bunch of headless chickens.

This is not about Frank! It's about our recruitment team, our board, the man at the top, and our owners!

So booing the players and the manager is just conraproductive.
So we should have stuck with Ange then if it was the players.

I didn't say it wasn't ENIC. But who was the Chairman? Payed himself the highest salary of all Chairman in the League. Got involved in purchase of players. Always tried to skim of 5 million (Magic No) when. Buying a worthwhile player. That is his legacy. I'm sorry if you feel he's being targeted but he painted that Target on his own forehead.

The problem is the foundation of your argument.

The Chairman/CEO will always be involved in transfers. Vinai will be doing it now. It's part of the job.
Secondly, he was only the "highest paid" when it was deferred bonuses from several seasons.
Thirdly, we had to try and be frugal with transfers because ENIC have never put any functional capital into the club.

Big 45 coming up in the career of Frank.

Scoreline aside , again 0 shots on target and an XG of 0.1 ....at home against fulham

He's looking out of his depth, I'm also wondering if the players are downing tools , not sure they like him

It's a massive half coming up for him. He has to demonstrated that he can start to affect and influence games

Managers only get time if they're picking up SOME results...when you start losing every week in this MANNER it's only a matter of time.

We're getting progressively worse.

I think our biggest problem is a lack of confidence, the players are clearly afraid of the fans in the stadium and can’t handle the pressure.

If Frank can’t fix that then he isn’t the man for a job, a manager has to be able to get their players ready for battle. Lots of managers with Frank’s profile have got their chance at a bigger club and failed because they just can’t deal with the increase in expectations. Moyes, Potter, Emery, Hodgson, all good managers but suited only for a certain level. I fear Frank is going to join that list, we should not be playing with such fear in our own stadium.

I used to be an ultras for my hometown club mate when I was 20. If the crowd could do 10% of the chanting I did we’d have one of the best supports in the country.
So get down here then 🤷‍♂️

I’m not sure how to get excited when you’re 2 down after 5 mins and don’t muster a shot on target when all week right up to kick off the talk was about identity and front footedness.

I’ve spent the best part of £200 to be here so please join us in the ground with your noise and wisdom and show us how to be a real supporter.
