He was excellent the season before that in Italy so I can only assume our coaching staff took 10 games to get him playing this badly.
Admittedly I was quite happy with his appointment as I thought anyone half decent would be a success after the football we had to endure under Ange. But I'll hold up my hands and say that I got it wrong. We're as dreadful as ever.
We just need a solid understated keeper like a Leno don't we? Quietly does his job and doesn't gift away goals. Even if he isn't as good a shot stopper as Vic , we just need some solidity
This is the problem with not making subs at half time and telling them to go and fix their own mess..

The problem is, those two extremes rarely happen. They mostly come out and are a bit meh.. Meaning that the manager just sits tight and waits... All the while the clock ticks. You have to draw a line in the sand at half time and be proactive with your changes.
