With a few notable highlights it’s been this way since the CL Final. A steady decline, turgid football, ultra pragmatic managers, brainless transfers. You could argue the rot had set in around 2017/18 but I enjoyed many of the Wembley era games.
Anyway. Fulham Monday night. We have better players all over the park. However, their players are better coached, are suitably motivated and on a great ride at the moment. Another televised embarrassment awaits. I’m finding it harder to care as each game comes hurtling at Spurs
